Business Owner

Working with New Jersey residents for the last six years on criminal matters, family and child custody issues and deportation cases. Attorney Jason C. Matey found employment soon after he graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 2005. At Rutgers, he maintained a GPA of 3.5, received the C. Clyde Ferguson Scholarship, and served as Senior Articles Editor of the Rutgers Law Record. Upon receiving his degree, Jason C. Matey served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, J.S.C. in Newark, New Jersey, for about a year. He eventually moved to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where he was appointed Assistant Prosecutor. In November of 2007, Jason C. Matey joined the Law Offices of Nabil N. Kassem in Clifton, New Jersey, as an Associate. In 2009 Jason C. Matey Esq then opened his own practice, The Law Offices of Jason Charles Matey.
