History

Established in 1977.

When the late James T. Robinson founded Woodhaven Lumber & Millwork in 1977, his goal was to offer a comprehensive selection of lumber, millwork and building supplies at competitive prices, along with the friendly, cooperative, go-​the-​extra-​mile service that a family-​run business can provide.

Over the years, James Robinson along with his sons Alan and David added locations and expanded services in order to better meet the needs of our customers.

In 1997, Woodhaven established its first dedicated Kitchen & Design Center followed soon thereafter to include our Flooring Department. Today, our Kitchen and Flooring Centers encompass over 12,000 square feet of showroom space within four convenient locations. These changes along and many others, have enabled Woodhaven Lumber & Millwork to grow from an operation staffed by a handful of employees to a company employing over 250 dedicated team members.
