The girls there honestly do not know what they are doing. Went to return some items and a girl there did not want to do it because she did not know how.

This store saved my shopping spree today! I had gone to Forever21 and out of that whole store only got two little things, then went on to Charlotte Russe(which was nice and I actually really like that store), but I didn’t like how the clothes fit me that I had picked out so I got nothing from there. As a last stop I went to Wet Seal(another store I usually like, but haven’t been to in awhile) and I’m so glad I did! I had to force myself out of the store before I bought anymore things because every where I looked they had nice things. They were a little pricey compared to the other 2 stores I had gone to, but they had some sales going on to help. The employees were all very nice and friendly so overall the experience was pleasant. I wish they had Wet Seal in SF!!! They’re clothes fit me really well. I’ve been looking for a nice summer dress that would look nice on my slim figure for the past year almost. And then today I walk into Wet Seal – and BAM – I leave out with TWO nice summer outfits!

The wet seal SEEMS interesting, but really it is not. The store is neat but it feels extremely picked out. I didnt see one thing i really like, then again, i only go to wet seal for the accessories. They have a great selection of jewelery. At least that section isn’t picked out. The employees are nice, i asked them if they can hold my heavy bag with textbooks for me and they did so without hesitation. :)

Don’t fall for the«rewards card» SCAM!!! They act that it is a reward program and all they need to sign you up is an email and a phone number. OH Yeah and $ 20. Pay attention, I even said my total seemed wrong but the clerk blew it off that I must have not added the tax… it will get you every time. No the scam will get you. Check your receipt and be warned when they do scam you and you catch them they say it is non refundable. Shame on Wet Seal. I am still waiting to hear from the corporate office about their non refundable scam

Oh Wet Seal where did you go sooo wrong!!! This location is on the new side which usually means better clothes selection. Umm nope! Never had much luck at this place. Eachtime I come into this store they have shipments of clothes all over the store on racks… When I went into today the poor fitting room girl looked super depressed. I felt like she needed a hug!!! If u must shop at Wet Seal go to the Westminster Mall location they have a much better selection of clothes!!!

Ok, I love a good Wet Seal, but this place was just that«meh… i’ve experienced better.» I picked out some tops for a trip coming up and I went to stand in line. One cashier and there were 4 girls in line(I’m 3rd back). Cashier is obviously going to talk about the membership card thing(whatever it is) to everyone, but she took forever explaining it. And even though the girl didn’t want it, she still was telling her the«benefits» of the frequent member club… whatever again. So when it came to me, I flat out had to tell her«No. No. NOPE, I don’t need it… thanks!» I dig the clothes, even though I probably should be shopping the«big-girl» clothes now, but I can’t help a buy 5 tanks/t-shirts for $ 20 sale. OH! Also, when I got home I saw that one tank top still had the stupid sensor tag on it, and the stupid sensor didn’t send the place roaring when I left! Nice for my 100th review.

Wet Seal is so odd, teeny bopper, and old school. However, it’s pretty new to Lakewood Mall(I think?) so we thought we’d check it out. I don’t like their organization. Everything seems so difficult to find and placed all over the place. I guess that’s how youngin’ stores are supposed to be though right? I found a cute little ¾ sleeve jacket and my roomie bought the cutest tankie. Sounds good to us! Both for under $ 50 which was nice. A couple of the girls were customer service oriented, but with most of them you had to track/hunt them down. They need help in that department. Also the girl that was ringing us up needs to be more friendly and chill out on the accessories. Dude. Flower in the hair, red sunglasses, multi colored top, multi colored bracelets, necklace, and earrings? WOW. :)
