As a curly haired college student, it is always hard to find someone who can cut your hair. Let alone someone COMFORTABLE cutting curly, thick, and relatively long and damaged from diy bleaching hair at a budget friendly for someone broke.
Shannon Lea Streich was a stylist I found on Deva Curl’s website. Deva Curl is a product line meant for curly hair and was recommended to me by a «Deva Cut» stylist (who was overpriced, took to long, and insulted my hair throughout the 4 hours) a few years past. Shannon was a really refreshing breath of air in comparison to my previous stylist. Shannon is also Deva Cut certified and was genuinely friendly, not awkward and shared stories with me of her own diy experiences. She also gave me budget friendly diy tips for inbetween my cut. This was my first experience there and it has been about 4 months since. I’m excited to make an appointment here soon!
