Underground Station

F.Y.I. The location is Store# 1517 on the side of «Torrid»…
The fam and I went to take a stroll at the mall to check out the new styles and people. Since we’re performers we like to see what people are wearing and what the stores are carrying.
My fiancé was truely hurting for the day’s activities at work plus the hours of basketball games he played with the military guys he meets twice a wekk. It was TIME to get some athletic shoes for him.
Our budget at this point is TIGHT to say the least so really was skeptical of finding something in the $ 40 range that will work for him.
After going in to many stores and heading back the route to our car, we came acroos Undergrounds Station. We went straight to their sale rack and they had only the last pair that was 4 sizes way bigger. then headed to their regular rack and found a couple of winners.
So the shoes he liked were on SALE… ding ding ding ding… AND they HAD his shoe size!!!
The shoes were $ 30 ($ 10 under our budget!) and the owner was a very COOL GUY. He relaced the shoes so they matched and took care of the old shoes for us (they really weren’t donatable AT ALL).
This was our first experience and there really wasn’t many shoppers around. reason why we go on a week day and after work =)
I can’t say if the service will be as attentive if they were buy BUT we do plan on going back when we are in need of shoes in the future. Hmmm I did see some kick ass boots BUT that’s a whole different animal all in itself since my feet are tiny and WIDE LOL!
