I found the staff at UBreakIfix to be extremely helpful. My daughter’s iPad had a broken digitizer and after being fixed it developed another problem. Ryan and his gang went out of their way to diagnose and fix the problem. It’s not often that you find a business with this level of integrity. Ryan kept in contact with me, drove all over town for parts and eventually replaced the iPad. Thanks!

After a night with too many adult beverages I dropped my phone in a bar downtown. I know this is shocking behavior coming from me… Just kidding. The screen shattered which was annoying but as time went on it got worse and worse. If you look at my picture it was bad the button was about to fall off! I sucked it up and justified the $ 100 – 200 I had to spend just to get a normal phone screen back again. I found this place on Unilocal and I went in, answered a few questions, went shopping at target for half an hour, came back and my phone looked brand new! Everyone working was so nice too. It was $ 113 with tax which was by far the cheapest I found. I’m so happy I found this place!
My only tip is change your password if it’s an embarrassing Spanish derogatory word. I turned the color of Elmo when they asked me what it was and they knew what it meant

I don’t know who actually helped me, but both gentlemen at the store were FANTASTIC. They were very cool, relaxed, chilled, and efficient. Not only did they do the repair on the screen for my iPhone 6, they did it for less than anyone else would by $ 20 or so — and almost ½ the price of the insurance deductible with T-​Mobile.
P. S. — I think they offer things like extra cases and touch screen protectors because they have to, and I didn’t feel pressured in the VERY least to buy one, but ended up grabbing a tempered glass cover to go with my otter box screen so i hopefully won’t have to return and take them up with their excellent no-​hassle 90-​day warranty.
This place is the bomb!

Ryan at uBreakiFix fixed the screen on my iPhone 5 today. Best experience ever! Great service, great attitude. Ryan a few minutes late getting it done — no biggie, but Ryan felt so bad about it, he gave me a discount on the repair. I didn’t think that kind of customer service existed anymore.

The owner, Mike promptly came out to greet me. I showed him my shattered iPhone 6 screen, with the bleeding LCD display. No worries. Less than 15 minutes later, it was all fixed like new, all working. Amazing! Even bought a glass screen protector which he applied at no additional cost. Highly recommend Mike and his team! Very happy customer!

The charge port in my S4 was not functioning properly so I took it in to have it repaired. Mike, the store owner, was super friendly and explained everything really well. He ordered the part he needed from another location and it will all be completed within a day — cant ask for anything better than that! I’ve used UBIF in the past in the Denver area and will continue to do so!

Took my iphone in yesterday to get the glass replaced and damn they were fast. Probably 30 seconds after I started getting checked in, the tech had my phone in the back. A few minutes after paying and chatting with the owner and the phone was done.
