A couple of weeks ago, I received a phone call from Joe Roppo. He was unhappy with my review. He told me that he did his job (I only received a verbal report regarding his inspection findings — The agreement was that he provide his inspection finding in writing.) He told me that he no longer replace the electrical boxes (He gave me quote for the job). He did not provide a referral for the box replacement. He told me that I should remove my review.
I would have removed my review if he provided a written list of his inspection findings and provided a referral for the electrical box replacement. Again, I paid one hundred dollars for his written inspection finding which I never received. Now, I am told that I need to remove my review by Mr. Roppo. Mr. Roppo behavior does not seem to be appropriate.

Joe is amazing. He always responds quickly. He has come to my «rescue» many times over the years. He has been providing service to me since I purchased my first home. I have known him for over 10 years. If you want someone honest, reliable, hardworking and a problem solver then call Joe. I highly recommend him.

Joe is amazing! I couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and reliable electrician. I have used him numerous times, whether it be replacing a switch or installing new lighting. Showed up on my doorsteps did nothing ‘coz another electrician came early. He still charged me $ 65.00 for not doing anything. WOW. If there is a no star review this is it.
