Inspections consist of a visual review of the major systems in a home which include the structure, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, insulation, ventilation, appliances, and fireplaces. A thorough, professional, narrative, computer generated report complete with photo documentation is e-​mailed to the client within 24 to 48 hours. Usually within 24 hours. Service is provided to the entire Denver metro and surrounding areas. Radon testing is performed using a continuous monitor and results are available within 48 hours.

Established in 2009.

Following a 30 year career in the building and construction industry the time came for a change. Taking the experience and knowledge of having built and remodeled homes and commercial properties for years was a natural transition to helping people to make good choices and avoid costly mistakes in the process of purchasing a home. Whether someone is buying a home for the first time or have purchased many homes in their lifetime having the extra set of experienced eyes serves as a protection when it comes to a major investment. I like to think of a home inspection as being similar to taking a car that you are considering purchasing to a trusted mechanic to be sure that that you are investing your money wisely, you are making a good choice, the right choice.
