Mr. Paris graduated from the University of Louisville in 1993 with a BS degree in criminal justice. He graduated from the University of Northern Kentucky, Salmon P. Chase School of Law in 1996.
He was admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1996. He is also admitted to the bar of the state of Colorado, the United States District Court of Colorado, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
