So much pain. My body literally felt like I was in a fight. I was more sore when I left than when I walked in. The best part was the water at the end. Confusing service and really rough massage. I would tense up instead of relax as the process went on.

I went yesterday with a friend. I enjoyed my reflex/massage. My friend did not. It was too rough and she tried to communicate this to her operator, who could not understand. So I give them a 50% on reflex/massage. However, and this is wierd, when checking out I paid with a debit card, and left a CASH tip for both operators. The receptionish/cashier(probably the owner?) said my CASH tip was Not Enough and hit me up for more CASH on the spot. Don’t know what Planet she was from but it was the oddist thing I’ve ever experienced and needless to say, my «warm fuzzy» feeling from the massage vanished quickly. Never Go There. I think the«receptionist» is the owner and hits customers up for bigger tips because she doesn’t pay her staff well… just saying.

I got a massage yesterday while I was shopping. I am so sore today that I feel like I’ve been beat up; not like I had an awesome massage. It was only $ 25 for thirty minutes but I wish I hadn’t.

The massage/back rub here was okay — not anything worthy of repeat business. But what killed the whole experience was the woman at the checkout insisting that I should give a higher tip than I had written(while I’m not very familiar with the proper etiquette of tipping, this seemed severely unprofessional and left me with a very sour taste towards them.) I feel it necessary to check my bill when it comes in to make sure they didn’t add any further amount to it. My suggestion — go somewhere else

This place gives great deep massages! I got a 45 minute massage for about $ 40. I would have never thought to go to the place, but my friend swears by it and she talked me into going with her. I’m always sore in my neck, back and hips, and this really helped. They give DEEP pressure which I like, so if that’s not what you prefer, you should let them know beforehand.

I am very disappointed in this place. I have tried many similar to this across the country and always found them to be consistent in style, excellent and therapeutic. Oriental Back Rub is a big exception. I went for the 50 minute reflexology. The therapist spent about 30 minutes rubbing circles around my ankles. He quickly did a few minutes at the end on my neck, shoulders and back, then he offered to finish that part on the table and rushed me across the room. In the end, I was charged additional for this. It seemed planned this way to make me pay more. Also, the pressure was not pleasant or therapeutic. The mall noise was also distracting. I hope that I had a one off bad experience, but I would highly recommend going to Min’s Foot Spa on W Alameda instead. Or anywhere else.

Such an amazing relaxing place!!! Only downside I would rather like it if the ceilings were closed off to block off the noise from the ceramic noise. Other than that it’s amazing the staffs are so nice!
