While on my way to an important medical appointment, my check engine light comes on a block from home. I turned around and drove to O’Reillys and ask them if they could check it out for me. Their employee «Matt» hooked my car up to their computer and read the code. Fortunately it was nothing serious. He not only told me what the problem was but how to fix it myself and walked me through it.
Within several minutes I had what I needed the problem was solved and I was on my way to my appointment on time! I’m very grateful for the great service I received and they now have all my automotive supply business. World-class customer service!

I was at the store and needed a jump my battery was going dead at worst time I had 25 minutes to get to my son dr apt walked into the store greeted with a smile get came out testes my battery for sure I needed a new one. Paid for it and was out in 15 min. Not going to lie it would have been a little cheaper at Walmart but it was worth the extra money here. Amazing great job guys thank you for being so efficient and making my life easier!
