I had some concerns about mold in my house and I hired another company to come do some testing. As soon as I paid them the money, they basically provided zero assistance with anything. They emailed me some test results with absolutely no explanation and I was utterly clueless about what they meant. That’s when I called Chuck. I have NEVER experienced such good customer service from anyone before. He spent at least 10 – 15 minutes of his time with me on the phone explaining every single detail of the testing that was done in my house. Keep in mind he was not getting paid a dollar for this phone call and was just doing it to help me understand the testing that was done by a DIFFERENT company. His knowledge and expertise is through the roof and he told me exactly what the test meant. I am going to hire him to come back and to some re-​testing on my home. I am SO glad I found him. Trust me when I say this company is the way to go! Chuck actually likes what he is doing and is not just out to make a buck!

I was in the midst of selling my home in a hurry (divorce) and needed a variety of certifications required by the owner as a condition of sale so I contacted One Source Group/​1SG and they were at my house 24 hours later to verify no water damage, mold, asbestos, or lead issues were present in the home. Chuck arrived on time, was clean, professional, and to the point (which I thought was refreshing). Prices were great compared to others. He took some air samples, used what I think was an infra-​red camera to spot cold spots in drywall caused by moisture, and did a few other tests and was in and out of my house in just over an hour (I had him go through the whole house for a variety of issues). I got results (a full report, actually) in about 10 days, as it has to be processed in a laboratory, etc.
PROS: Fast, convenient, affordable, straight forward/​no BS
CONS: Chuck answered the door, instead of a Swedish Bikini model. Other than that I was very pleased.
