One Call Event Rentals

I started planning my bday celebration with only a short time to prepare and I reached out to One Call Event Rentals.
I have NO REGRETS and was SO HAPPY with their services. Beginning from the first phone call. There was no answer but was able to leave a message. Got a response within minutes! Despite the fact that they were in Arizona setting up for a wedding they took the time to make my request just as important and scheduled a follow up call to go over details.
Every single guy did a great job setting up with no problems. SUPER NICE and SUPER ORGANIZED. Just as quickly as it came together they arrived early the next morning and left my backyard as it was.
It was my first time using your services but I’m sure it won’t be my last!
My backyard was transformed into EXACTLY what I had envisioned. Thank you all!

One Call Event Rentals is a superior company with top-​notch employees! Fidel & Darlene are the consummate professionals that not only execute great events, but they help to create wonderful memories. My husband and I initially met with Fidel, and from the first consultation, he came across as organized, professional, and very accommodating with our budget and our overall vision. My daughter’s quinceañera was on ⁴⁄₃₀ in Downey, CA and One Call Event Rentals went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did the crew arrive in a timely manner, but also were very respectful! The entire experience in dealing with One Call Event Rentals was smooth and we will most definitely utilize their services for any event that we might have. Additionally, I fully recommend them to anyone wishing to have a memorable and classy event. My guests were highly impressed with the teen lounge and the draping for the entire perimeter of the large hall. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this wonderful company sooner, otherwise, I could have used them for so many other events! Darlene, Fidel & entire crew, YOU ROCK!!!

Meh, Called them twice, no one returned my call. I had event planned, but then I ended up getting chairs at Sam’s Club! So one star for saving me some money! $$$

I worked with Darlene, she was great. They went above and beyond and even google mapped our location (backyard) to suggest what tables she thought would work. We went back and forth by text several times and she always responded very promptly.
Sadly, the event had to be moved indoors b/​c the forecast said it was going to rain and there’s no room for any rental furniture in the new location. However, One Call Event Rentals will be my go to rental place going forward. Thanks guys!

I am beyond happy with what they put together for my daughters birthday! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! They were so professional and were the perfect team! I recommend them for any event if you want to be completely satisfied!

Had a great experience with One Call. Their prices are reasonable and their ideas and decorations are great. They setup our son’s baptism brunch look. Tables with china & silverware. Canopy drapes and flowers. Will definitely use them again for future events. Darlene gives good ideas & options.

If you want an elegant, tasteful and refined wedding or event do not book them.
Think twice! The biggest mistake a lot of us make is because they are affordable we think they will do a great job. NO, I will never recommend them to anyone! I am posting this review so people who are really are excited about their wedding do not walk away from their wedding feeling like they ruined it. Read their reviews carefully there are a lot of questionable reviews on here. Read the bad ones, there is a trend. Fidel, DJ Javier, Diesel his team made so many mistakes, SO MANY. The interesting thing is in the beginning when you call him you feel like they mean business however once you make the deal and sign the contract that is when you really notice their work ethic. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! Their priority is to make sales, that is it. We hired them for our wedding in Santa Monica, Ca and were excited about it however 6 months before the wedding when we needed to contact them seeing that they are providing a HUGE amount of entertainment for our wedding such as, lounge furniture, DJ, lighting, photobooth! Fidel did not reply to emails. Since we were not getting email responses we were getting worried then we contacted his DJ, he eventually did not reply either. MONTHS would go by and we would not get any replies. When they would reply you can tell they weren’t reading the emails so you would have to ask again and again. They would give us a personal family matter excuse every time. How many personal family matters could their be? 3 months before and we were very nervous and questioning if we made a mistake. We sent them timelines and were hoping they would take the time to review them however they clearly didn’t if they would have TAKEN THE TIME TO REVIEW THEIR CLIENTS NEEDS AND QUESTIONS PERHAPS THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT OUTCOME. The day of the wedding: They played music we clearly verbally and in writing told them we didn’t want. Guests walked off the dance floor, we have photos. The date on our photobooth photos (the ones guests take home) was wrong! The big one that really is the reason behind the disappointment. Diesel the MC we NEVER asked for nor paid for nor never spoke to, announced us incorrectly even our guests came up to us after, everyone was upset. He not only announced us incorrectly 2 minutes later he did it again. AGAIN! We have the footage. They don’t put in the time to really do their job correctly. The company is ran by Fidel who lacks management, he completely doesn’t have any control over his employees and his employees are all family. Starting a company is not just making sales and making money, keeping a company is providing excellent service, Fidel and his team are in capable of this. I am warning you, if you are seeking an elegant, eloquent, above and beyond wedding or event, they are not your guys. Spend the extra money and hire someone who is passionate and devotes time to their business. They will ruin your event, do not make the same mistake I made.

It was a pleasure to use One Call Event Rentals. After placing my order I needed more tables and chairs, I asked for an extra delivery request and he was happily willing to provide me with that. Luis was awesome! He did the entire set up and pick up by himself. I’ll definitely be using One Call Event Rentals again, and also recommending them to everything. Couldn’t be happier with there service.

My quincenera was coming up and I was looking for rentals who would make a beautiful job with a fair price. One Call did exactly that.
My hall had limited space but One Call knew how to work around that. Luis even made the dance space seem bigger than it actually was. All the rounded tables fit and about seven chairs were fitted for my guest. I also ordered a photo booth which was presentable, gave very good quality photos, and easy to use. The worker who was in charge was sooo helpful when it came to keeping things in order, making sure children wouldn’t leave with the prompts, and keeping the area organized.
I was not sure on how I wanted to decorate the hall but Fidel had such a creative idea. A few things that he did were placing colored lights against the walls and twinkling lights around my cake.
Since the hall was very strict, I appreciated how fast they cleaned up. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was looking for a last minute party rental package a few days before my sons birthday party. Darlene was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to what we needed. I believe the price she gave us was affordable compared to any other place. And they delivered the night before so we will not have issues on delivery time the day of the party. The guys who dropped off were also friendly and helpful. The weather for the party was unsure because it was supposed to rain with some strong winds so they made sure things were set up in case it did. Overall I would recommend this business to anyone looking for something affordable and friendly.

Seriously love how affordable this place is!!! Everything was delivered on time and picked up at the exact time specified (so happy about this too because my the location I had the event at was going to charge me $ 80 an hour just to have the place open for the tables and chairs to be picked up!) One call came on time so I did’t have to pay more than I needed to. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to throw an awesome party!!!

NOTE — I ended up not using this company due to our event being moved last minute.
Even though we ultimately did not use One Call, I give them five stars because of Darlene.
I called six party rental companies within 20 miles of our event location, and Darlene was THE ONLY ONE who picked up the phone.
With the other five companies, I had to leave voicemails, and still only one company called me back.
With all of our correspondence, Darlene responded immediately and never tried to up-​sell us on anything.
If I have any event rental needs again, she will be my first choice.

I called One Call Event Rentals about three years ago for my little brother’s birthday party and let me say that the service and prices are stupid amazing! I am in the midst of coordinating an event for our office (ADT Security) in Pico Rivera and immediately thought of One Call. These guys are super easy to work with and extremely attentive. Definitely give ‘em a call!

Wow. Honestly where do I even begin? I was so skeptical about hiring One Call for my beach wedding reception but it was one of the best decisions I made. Fidel and Darlene were an incredible power couple who literally MADE my wedding. I was very particular about how I wanted EVERY single thing — tablecloths, photo booth, fake grass, silverware, décor, lights and Fidel went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure every single detail was absolutely perfect. He did far more than we paid him for — which was just product rentals and set up BTW but he was at the venue early morning to late night making sure it was PERFECT. And the pictures will speak for themselves. I got my dream wedding for such a great price, our guests have said this is the best wedding they have ever been to and I was in tears at how the event surpassed my highest expectations and trust me I’m very hard to please. I’m a perfectionist but so was Fidel and he talked me through everything and made sure it all got done right. The venue was completely raw and we needed to set everything up from scratch. Fidel literally did it all. He worked with our budget and all I wanted to do at the end of the night was hug and thank him for creating my dream wedding. Check out my pictures and see for yourself. I rented tables, chairs, and linen for a bridal shower. They called me two days prior to the rental date to confirm shipping time. I requested for drop-​off at 8:00 am and it delivered at 8:15 am which was great. Their pick-​up was not as great. We scheduled for a time frame of 9:30 — 11:30 am and they did not arrive on time.
The round tables seats 6 comfortably, but there is no way it can seat 8 since two chairs cannot be tucked under the table between the legs. In addition, the linens were terrible. They were so thin that you can see the table. In addition, there were seams on the linen at very awkward places. It almost looked like pieces of fabric were sewn together. I ordered 5 round linens and 3 came with stains and holes. Darlene was nice enough to refund for the linens since there weren’t any replacements, but that also meant I was scurrying last minute for linens in my area.
Overall, if you’re just looking for standard tables and chairs, the prices are reasonable. Everything is also completed via cash transaction. There is nothing in writing, so I recommend texting the details (pick up time, drop off time, what you’re renting, price, and address) just so you’re aware the order is correct.

They provide a great service with a great price. The delivery people were professional and kept their times and clean up was fast. I would recommend this rental company to anyone I know

My wedding was fabulous thanks to One Call Party Rentals! From the Chiavari chairs which were in tip-​top shape, to the beautiful monogram that was personalized with our wedding theme. Fidel was a pleasure to work with, as he was accommodating, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy. I know that I have high standards, and can be anal (as Fidel probably figured out lol) but they lived up to every expectation that I had. I would refer anyone to One Call to take their event to the next level.

Booked One call party rentals for our Christmas party and they outdid themselves! We were extremely happy with their service. The guys came in the day before set everything up in no time. The bar stools were nothing like I had rented before very chic! Loved them! Definitely booking them for our next event! Price was just right! Thank u Darlene!

They gave me a terrific price for a very nice, large jumper, tables and chairs.
They were on time and helped set up which was very helpful.
