Namaste Studio is an «off the beaten path» mind body spirit yoga studio & more. We are not located in a strip mall, we are located in a beautiful building behind our house that has been newly renovated from a 3 car garage to a extraordinary 900sq ft multipurpose space for nurturing your inner spirit!

Discipline and tone yourself with total body strength training & cardio conditioning! Book your personal training with some weekly classes while doing Pilates infused TRX Suspension Training with Julie Kremer. This will tone your core in a way like none other!

Awaken and yolk your inner light with an Integral Hatha Yoga practice. Julie Kremer will guide the deepening of your mind & body connection with the awareness of your true nature.

History

Established in 2013.

The vision of Namaste Studio came from Julie’s 10 years spent volunteering at Spiritual Human Yoga, Human Universal Energy Healing Center in St. Louis, MO where she discovered this community nurtured her «center» within. Originally she thought she would be away for just 1 year and then return back to her community to share this empowering wisdom. 1 year quickly turned into 10, but she knew the day she received the news that her father unexpectedly passed, it was time to return back, to her beloved hometown of Lakewood /​Denver Colorado, and share with her community, as well as be a support for her mother who was in time of tremendous transition.

Soon after Julie returned to Colorado, she met her future husband /​love of her life, Rance Poole at Mile Hi Church. These two souls became one September 24, 2011 and wasted no time. They bought 701 Garrison Street, and with Rance as the creative director /​professor of drawing, remodeled their 3 car garage into Namaste Studio!
