First off… Yes I’m writing about a McDonalds. But this is no ordinary McDonalds. This particular goes out of its way to make sure it does wrong things. Anywhere from messing up a kids meal to not giving straws in the drive thru. So yes, do yourself a favor and just go to another one– or maybe even choose a less conveyer belt establishment.(I know it’s hard to do).

I’ve never had McDonald’s before, but I kept hearing about it from satisfied customers, so I decided to check it out last night. I was warned, by my European friends, that McDonald’s, although it LOOKS like food, isn’t actually food. I ordered seven quarter pounders, eighteen nuggets, two fries and three cokes. Then, I sat down to feast. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. This stuff didn’t SMELL like food, but when I took that first bite… heaven! This is the best food on the planet, bar none. In fact, I am comfortable saying that from this day forward, I will consume ONLY McDonald’s products. Nothing but the best for this little girl!

Warm night today in Denver and took the family out for an ice cream cone. My 15 year old daughter went to wash her sticky ice fingers and witness that one of the female employees who had just finished using the restroom left without washing her hands. My, my, we left immediately and rather than create a scene in the restaurant we called from our car and asked to speak to a manager. Would you know, we were told that he doesn’t speak English well. No problem there. I handed my cell to my wife who is fluent in Spanish and she made the compliant. If you are looking for unsanitary service, this is the place you certainly want to visit. Make sure you ask to be serviced by the employee who doesn’t wash her hands after using the restroom.

This location is crap. The worst among the worse McDonalds location I’ve been to. At least other locations have the decency to serve their crappy food with a smile or be friendly with their customers but this place doesn’t show any desire to serve their customers properly. It goes like this. I went to the counter to place an order; the lady who took my order didn’t even look me in the eye. Not even a simple proper greet. She just said«What d’ya want?» Is that even a proper greeting? When I tried to correct a mistake she made when she repeated my order, she just grunted and rudely apologized. OMG! She lacks professionalism — on so many levels!!!

$ 9.01 for a fish sandwich fries and a chocolate shake. Guess that will be the last time I order that.

The manager was very friendly and took time out of his day to personally assist me. I was also impressed that the staff kept the floors and table clean, especially considering the amount of slush being tracked in by the patrons. Not to shabby for a fast food joint!

I get annoyed like none other when there is a business out there with no photo on Unilocal.Call it OCD, call it insanity but I added a pic of this particular McDonald’s and for the past six months or so Unilocal keeps asking for a review of this place. So, here it is: This McDonald’s cured my hangover and that’s about the extent of this review. Ok, ok — this is your run of the mill store but like one would expect the people watching was off the hook. It was nice to see these golden arches when I was out for a delivery during work. There’s a lot of sun that comes in so you get your Vitamin-D and a Big Mac all at once! Done and done.

This one’s got a playground! Giving room to that, the restaurant itself isn’t as spacious as some of the other McDonald’s I’ve been to.
