I went there yesterday about 15 minutes before they were closing great customer service by the employee, I asked him for his recommendation and he went straight for the circus cookie amazing recommendation first time there and I love this place will definitely be back to get all my vaping needs just kind a wish if I knew to check in here on Unilocal to save you $ 5 dollars on a juice bottle! Thank you for a great experience.

Dude. The one employee there was hanging out with 3 friends. They essentially ignored me until i had sufficiently rubbed on the dog. Not a problem, except for the ignoring me bit.
He asks what I want, i tell him: im just starting new. I need to learn about it, try some flavors, walk with everything i need. He pulls a starter kit for me and tells me «comes with juice. $ 40.» i pause… expecting more… Nope! End of pitch. I’m just like screw it, its gonna save me money in the long run. I ask if i can try a juice. He goes to the shelf, lists them off, and… stops. I’m just shocked right now. I ask to try one, the berry menthol. Try it, it’s fine. I’ll take it. His friends give better customer service!
Seriously? Their juice is good, I’m not dissatisfied with the vape itself. I will never fricking return here though.

This is truly the sketchiest of all vape shops and filled with a staff member who sells you things and doesn’t tell you how to use them properly or how many other pieces you need. Go somewhere else for your vape needs, there’s plenty of other nice places around town.

Wish I could give more stars. Anyone who has been in the seen in Washington knows that this shop is amazing.
The owner is a awesome ass dude and will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Iv had a few items that had issues and he has always made it right.
The ahops not the biggest but has always put out good vibes no matter when I go in there. They have a tv in there and on game days best believe the Hawks are playing.
The people I’ve met there and the staff that have helped me have always been good to me and treated me right. Litterally a place you can go in sit down have a conversation with and kick it I recommend all of my military as well as people I meet around town

My friend and I went here because it was the only place open. But when we walked in, it was crowded and full of smoke (which is understandable) but there was a baby behind the counter and it was so loud we couldn’t talk. The guy sold us a piece that was super advanced and didn’t give us any direction what so ever. We were up for three hours trying to figure our piece out, only to find out we were missing a bunch of other pieces that we had to build. Needless to say we returned it and won’t be going back there. No help at all.

I’m not familiar with vaping but when I walked into this establishment the staff was friendly and patient with me. They answered all my questions and explained the different types of vaping mechanisms. I have since returned back and they continue to be helpful. I would definitely recommend this establishment :)
