Lucas does good work. In their defense to the other review about their customer service, they are a very busy shop — they service Lakewood’s postal service, if that tells you anything. Personally I’d rather take my business to a busy auto shop than one where the service desk has all day to make a sales pitch at me. Give them a try.

I didn’t even get past the phone call with this place. A very rude and conceited old man answered the phone and barely game me any information at all. It was very apparent that they did not want my business. When I asked for a quote the man refused to even give me a ball park, and then made a snarky comment to end the conversation. Customer service is everything nowadays and Lucas Auto Center fails to understand this. It amazes me that this place has been around so long.
