Let me start off by saying that I’m not a fan of the practice of for profit bail bonding. I believe that public safety & the Constitutional rights of arrestees would be better served through non-​profit pre-​trial service programs. That being said I genuinely believe that the Gault sisters run L.A./OC’s most fair-​minded & responsive team of competent & capable bail bonding professionals. Their policies are clear, transparent & non-​predatory. They perform their job in a manner consistent with the 8^th amendment. Above all they treat their clients with unbiased courtesy, kindness, dignity & respect regardless gender, race or social class. They don’t play games to exploit the murky gray areas that exist within the laws governing commercial bail bonding. In an industry full of gruff shady scam artists who are generally no better if not worse than thugs they stand out from their peers like rare & priceless shiny pink Argyle Diamonds stand apart from many piles of dog sh*t.

Lipstick bail bonds is quick to respond to public needs and they are very at tentative and understanding to any and all situations. Their communication and quick action will definitely keep their number in my references list for sure.

I needed to help out a family member out of state who had been arrested and knew nothing about the bond process. The only company I could think of right away was the «company with the pink lipstick cars».

A million years ago, I had a car accident. Yes, I have to start this story in this way because I’m sure if I polled the room, many of you would tell the same story. Well, up to the jail part.
Within what could only be cosmic seconds, the DMV must have had the notice in the mail for me to surrender my license. As I found out, its «procedure» until they actually figure out whose fault it is.
Before the «surrender date» happened, I received another letter saying my license had been reinstated.
I know, :wiping brow with tiny hand, what a cliff hanger! But as this went well for me, it did not go well for my cousin. (Yes, I was witness to the story, the whole story, and nothing but the story.) Long and short of it, they got picked up during the time when their surrender letter had been sent… except when they send these letters they don’t actually have any proof that it was mailed or that it was received. Now, I believe the person did not get the letter. Guess what? They did get the follow-​up letter saying they had been reinstated.
One would think this is the end of the story with everyone driving their shiny cars into the sunset but it’s not. You see, this ticket bounced around the system through 2 renewals and a few address changes only to resurface now.
This is where Lipstick Bail Bonds come in. As everyone else was in shock and looking in yellow page phone books: rolling eyes, my sensible self remembered those kick-​ass pink cars by my donut stop.

You know when women get down to the brass tacks and stuff has to get done? These are those women. They gave real life experience advice about the situation that varied COMPLETELY from what law enforcement had said. And that was the disgusting part. This could have been taken care of at a very local level within an hour but upon information from law enforcement, lets just say it did not.
Well, until we all did the opposite of what we were advised. One of those actions was to contact a bail bonds person — and then stuff happened. Lipstick picked a place that was safe to do paper work. They sent someone who was empathetic enough with the edge of confidence and reassurance. The paper work was all explained, a few times, because no one wants to just sign a form when they are scared. The agent made us all feel comfortable with the decisions including the worse case scenario and then they did what they do best.
The person was released and all the court stuff was taken care of. I would love to say that someone (anyone) in the system, from DMV repeated renewals to the city that had multiple opportunities to make the driver aware that the ticket was still active, took some responsibility for putting this person and their family and friends in this kind of horror.
But alas, the heros to this story were all the staff from Lipstick Bail Bonds. They really came through and did much more than their commercials and website says. I would recommend them and I’m now a fan.
