Kim is definitely gone and appears to have sold the business. I got a very good haircut from the same woman now twice. New name is like JD’s. However I really like Kim and see from Joshua/​s post that she is downtown Tacoma. Will check that out for next haircut

Awesome place to get a H/​C!!! She remembers you after one visit and also is very good at analyzing the proper hair cut for your head shape! I would encourage anyone to give her a try. The only thing is she is cash only

Kim’s Clipper is a great place for military cuts. I’ve been in for 9 years and Kim’s easily ranks in the top 3 for me. She has great hours (8 – 1830 weekdays) and Saturday hours. She knows how to work clippers and all the terminology. She provides the hot towels and neck/​shoulder massage as a courtesy. She knew me and my preferred cut after just one visit. Her prices are tough to beat, but be sure to bring cash. I go out of my way to get my hair cut at Kim’s.
