We recently refinanced our home and discovered we were being over charged for our Homeowner’s insurance so I began a mission of finding a new and lower quote which lead me to State Farm… I chose Josette Utke due to close proximity to my home. I was called by Selena who was very friendly and helpful… She assisted me in contacting my Mortgage company to obtain necessary account info as well.
I just finalized the changes today and feel better already.

I called this office when I had an accident a month ago and the process of getting my car fixed was really smooth. I got my car back within 2 weeks and it was just like before; couldn’t be happier. The girl that assisted me during the process was really nice and helpful on the phone; i think her name was Isabella. After my experience with them I can honestly say they are good, fast and reliable.

If I could give this place a negative I would .i will just settle for a negative review. I don’t know what is going on with this place but ANDREA GOnZALES «helped us with a loan for a car along with a car salesman who’s dealership was shut down for fraud. This location is super sketchy!!! Make sure you read every single drama tail of your loan. They never asked for proof of income and the never did a check or asked for a car fax report on the car which is now also under investigation. They josette utke was supposed to receive a copy of a buyers contract and she didn’t receive one or something sketchier is going because she will not return my calls not will she provide me with the information I need
