A Certified Doula with over twelve (12) years experience…

«Bringing Knowledge and Compassion to YOUR Birth» is my goal. My philosophy is simple… this is YOUR birth and I will support YOU in whatever you decide. I have no preconceived notions about how you birth your baby, but I will guide and support you.

Trained in a variety of support techniques, I hold dual certifications with CAPPA and DONA as a Certified Birth Doula, Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Happiest Baby Instructor, Reiki Practitioner and CAPPA Certified Labor Doula Trainer. Also an Author and Speaker. Priding myself on being an excellent informational resource to new and expectant families.

My passion for understanding the labor and birth process brings knowledge as well as compassion to the birthing place or the class room. I enjoy working with my clients and students by educating and preparing them so that they are better equipped to make informed decisions.
