Do not trust this man. I received a speeding ticket while visiting the Denver area, and I called Ike for help. As other reviewers have noted, Ike does cut to the chase. I had no problem with that. But in our few conversations over the phone, he always treated me and my case with complete disinterest. He charges a flat rate of $ 500, and he could not care less about you as a potential client – despite the fact that he’s supposed to be working on your behalf. Still, I could have looked past his poor skills with customers.
However, he agreed to represent me in a phone call the week before my scheduled court date, and then he vanished. I called him numerous times. Nothing. When he finally got in touch with me, the night before my court date, he blamed me for the situation! He left me high and dry, and I had no representation. Beware!

Ike, true to his claim on his site, called me within minutes of me leaving a message. In my case, he explained though he COULD make money off me, my ticket was automatically going to be plead down to a non-​moving violation. He informed me that my best case scenario was either pay the fee, or look forward to a 12 man jury (running a red light with a uniformed cop ticketing me). I messed around for a month with
only to find out it’s a complete rip-​off (my VISA company is taking them to task right now).
Ike Lucero will treat you fairly and let you know the honest truth about the situation you’re in. He didn’t collect a DIME from me, yet gave me the best possible council in resolving my issue. Thanks, Ike!

I was going to attend court myself when a friend advised me to get an attorney. My court date was a Monday. The Friday immediately proceeding I found Ike via Unilocal.Though he could have commanded a «last minute» or emergency fee, he maintained his typical bid and represented me. He called me late on Friday afternoon to review my case and asked for support. He followed up again Saturday and Sunday to make sure I sent everything. On Monday he obtained an extremely favorable ruling on my behalf. Ike was pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. He is definitely the «go to» guy in that area for traffic offenses.

I called Ike Lucero after another attorney had referred me to him. I understand his time is very valuable and some of the negative reviewers may of misinterpreted due to his straight to the point demeanor. Ike asked me the specifics about a Lane Change Ticket, what court office, and etc. He was knowledgeable about the different processes for each court house and tried to make it very clear when I would need him and when I shouldn’t pay extra for something that isn’t needed. I think some of the negative reviews are from individuals that wanted to cover details that were moot points early on in their conversation with Ike.

He made the whole process as painless as possible, letting me know what would happen at each stage of the process and answering my emailed questions very quickly, often within minutes. His very reasonable rates were an added bonus.

I have never received a ticket until I moved to Denver. I got caught in one of Denver’s speed traps. It was a Sunday afternoon when I got caught and emailed Ike Lucero. For my surprise he emailed me back within an hour. He was very professional and knowledgable. I hope I don’t need to use him ever again but if I have to I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him.

I got caught in the tourist speed trap from the Denver airport into the city and Mr. Lucero made taking care of the ticket completely stress-​free. During our consultation, he gave me so much information about how the courts there work and what to expect that I could not doubt his expertise and ability to attain the best possible outcome for me. Within two weeks, the bogus misdemeanor charges were dropped to a single traffic infraction, I settled my fine with the city and the entire ordeal was behind me. I highly recommend Ike if you’re in a similar predicament.

Mr. Lucerno was very condescending on the phone. I got a lot of the exaggerated «umm ok…» responses like he had no idea what I was talking about which weren’t very helpful. When I said thanks for the info I might be calling you back he chuckled and said «OK». Needless to say I will NOT be calling back.

Great experience. I am an out of state person who was cited during a drive to Colorado. I couldn’t be there to take care of matters on my own, so I interviewed several local attorneys. During the initial free consultation with Ike, he laid out what I could expect from the process, what options I may have, typical results, and what cost structure would be needed for each of the options. This was a much different experience than the 3 previous attorneys I interviewed. I hired him at the end of my interview, and off he went.
Ike kept me apprised at all times during the course of resolution. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional and was able to obtain a resolution in my case that was more than acceptable and at a very reasonable fee.
I highly recommend his services if you receive a citation in Colorado.

I spoke with this man for a consultation on a traffic ticket. He was condescending and rude. I am not familiar with the traffic court process, how to fight a ticket or how to defend myself in court. A website i visited looking for information gave him my information and he chose to cal me and treat me like an idiot. This man was rude and has no respect for me as a possible client. I would never hire him or refer anyone I know to him.
