I am a business owner and really really don’t like doing negative reviews the people at the salon were so very nice but there work was so very sloppy the polish was not put on neatly, and the actual acrylic was bubbling and the lines for my French manicure we’re not straight they were crooked and I also paid like I always do for the gel now I normally go to a different Salon but because this was close by my business I decided to give it a try unfortunately it was a disaster I’m so disappointed with how my nails look and was not satisfied right after they were done I voiced my opinion and then she tried to fix them but it just made it worse I wish so badly that I could say more positive things about this place they were friendly but please don’t go here to get your nails done

My photo posts say it all, but I’ll add details in case you’re not convinced. One positive: open on a Sunday at 4:30. Otherwise: Everything about this place is bad. One manicurist on staff. I was ‘fortunate’ enough to get in before the people after me. They waited at least 15 minutes while I was being taken care of. The manicurist looked up only once to say ‘hi’ to them. No one else said a word to the people waiting, who eventually gave up and left. Every time I asked for something the manicurist didn’t understand me and was kind of rude to me about it. In the beginning, a man working there translated for her, but I was on my own after that. I got an acetone soak which consisted mostly of my nails being totally trashed. She scraped & scraped, cracking my nails, and then used an electric file to sand my(real, by the way) nails super thin. My shellac manicure was really bad. Polish & coating all over my fingers. And there was polish built up in my cuticle beds, as you’ll see in my photos. All this to say: Please don’t make the mistake I made. This place is just as expensive as everywhere else and not nearly as professional. Diamond Nails is open on Sundays til 4. It’s not my favorite, but it’s waaaay better than this place.

Took my daughter here yesterday to get her nails done and the polish took 10x longer to dry then normal. I knew from that point that they used some old nail polish. She woke up this morning and all get nails are messed up. I’m be going back today to demand them to fix them and if not I’ll make sure to let everyone know not to go there again

Asked for mani/pedi. The manicurist lied to me about the price. I noticed the actual price posted on the wall halfway through. We got into an argument about it but I was able to eventually get the posted price. Since this shop is cash only, I’m guessing she keeps the extra for herself. After all that, the manicurist did a pretty bad job. The nail polish is cheap and started chipping the same day. My nails weren’t shaped evenly. I still have rough spots on my feet and my cuticles were not trimmed well. Complete waste of money. I won’t go back. There are much better places for a mani/pedi, even on a budget.

I’d consider another spot – the pedicure wasn’t outstanding(they don’t use callus shavers) and the wait was crazy. Only one lady working – don’t come here unless you have a few hours to burn.

Very friendly staff but only two people working on a Saturday afternoon? Luckily it was empty when I arrived but the few people that wandered in had a long wait. Also, the equipment(and salon) is outdated. The massage chair felt like I was being given an electric shock. I could have ignored this but the woman who gave me the pedicure scraped my skin raw. Plus, I saw them seat someone in the same chair I was in without cleaning it. They just drained the water and refilled the tub. Definitly did not seem very clean.
