History

Established in 2010.

After working for others in my field I found I did not always like the way the clients were being treated. I decided to action and give myself the freedom to have the kind of communication and interaction I thought was best for my line of work. After about a year at a salon, I moved to a quieter location and have been stable for the past 3 years.

Jenn does a wonderful job at giving massages but she is so unprofessional that she deserves to be out of business. I had booked one massage and looking forward to it. She canceled that day. Then I rescheduled and could not get in soon because of her calendar. Then I never heard back and I kept texting her. Finally she said no massage today. Nothing else. Another HUGE disappoint, not to mention the money I had prepaid. Her lack of communication and decency is amazing. I have TONS going on in my life and there is no way I would scam others like she did. I know too much about her (due to her much chatting about her personal life during massages) and she would be extremely furious with the treatment she dishes out if she was on the receiving end. It looks like she’s disappeared. I’m one of many people who had pre-​paid massages with her and now she won’t answer her phone or emails and apparently is no longer at the business address. She’s scammed a lot of people.

By the looks of the other reviews, IF (and that is a huge IF) you get an appointment AND they actually keep it and don’t move their location without telling you, then it may be a great massage. There’s nothing more unprofessional and counter to «healing» than looking forward to a much-​needed massage and then showing up to your appointment to find a note that says they are no longer at that location. Worse yet, they do not return their calls. Everyone has tough, crazy times, but to schedule an appointment with someone, not keep it and not notify you that their location has changed and not call you back, is highly unprofessional and disappointing.

I purchased the 60-​min massage deal on Groupon. It was originally for a cranio-​sacral massage, which I had never experienced before but I thought I’d give a try. Jenn explained that it would be a lighter pressure massage so I opted for 30min of cranio-​sacral and 30min of a regular massage. The pressure she applied was enjoyable and overall it was a good experience.

I recently went to Healing Touch Massage by Jenn and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, there is a feeling of relaxation and tranquility. She was was very professional and gave a wonderful massage. She offers great hours and making the appointment was easy. I highly recommend her services.

I got the 90 min stone massage deal on Groupon. I expressed that my main goals were to relax and have special attention to my back because I had been working a lot at a desk. Almost right out of the gate, Jenn started talking about extremely unprofessional, inappropriate subject matters such as her sister’s involvement in pornography, family issues, and other things I will spare you all on. When the conversation was neutral it was ok, but we were talking the entire 90 min… not so relaxing. I was actually pretty stunned at what she was talking about and just tried not to say a whole lot or respond neutrally.
At the end she was running behind and neglected to do one foot. 2 stars because the actual massage was ok. Super inappropriate conversation matter, unprofessional. I won’t be back.

I had purchased an offer to see Jennifer through Crowd Savings. I called to make the appointment and had no problem at all with scheduling. Went to her office and was treated very well the entire time. The massage was amazing, the price was right, and I will be sure to return.
