This is a nice condo. I know 5 different people that live here. Only 3 of them know each other. I wonder if my male friends who live there creep out the girls that I know who live there? Probably so. The rooftop deck is great for drinking a beer/​wine/​coffee/​tea and watching the water move. If you can find a decent place to rent in here, it is worth checking out. They must have more affordable maintenance fees than the other places on the block. The backyard area is nice. There is a nice picnic table and pool. I saw some great birds flying around here.
