Worst tacos and nachos ever! Cheese tastes burnt and was cold. Tacos were gross. Tried it once and won’t be going back.

While he staff was super friendly this was my first Del Taco experience and I just thought it was on par with Taco Bell which I find barely edible. The burrito just didn’t taste good at all. I suppose this is personal preference in food taste, but I was unimpressed.

Sitting in the drive through right now… never met someone so short and miserable with their job. Extremely poor customer service. Would a «thank you» or a smile when we pull up to the window be too much to ask?

Fast food that’s actually not terrible. And it’s open 24⁄7. It was near my hotel and I had the late night munchies so I checked this place out since I figured it was a better alternative than Taco Bell and I was right. I enjoyed their baha steak taco, chicken taco, ground turkey taco, and fish taco. All had solid flavor and good ingredients. I thought about getting one of there milkshakes but I would’ve been in a massive food coma had that happened. One of the better fast food places I’ve been too and open 24/7, eat that Taco Bell!

I absolutely refuse to eat here anymore. Every time I go, I ask for 3BEANANDCHEESESOFTTACOS. And every single time, they either give me hard shell tacos or they don’t put cheese on them. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I’ve told management plenty of times and I finally told them I’m done eating here. Service is horrible as well. Had one guy argue with me about what I order. Do not eat here.

HORRIBLESERVICEPLEASEAVOID — Been waiting by the drive-thru for the past 15minutes trying to order food. The slowest service in the world here at Del Taco. I am typing this review while I’m waiting. They are very slow, they barely have anyone working and they take longer than anything to deliver your food. They are not polite and they never ask if you want any sauce. You can tell that, they are loosing business. I’ve personally seen multiple people drive off while in line because they’re just too slow.

I was stoked to see there is a 24hr Del Taco in my new neighborhood. After moving all day, all I wanted was get food and to sit down in my new place. Well, I sat alright, in the drive through for almost 10 minutes. The line didn’t move, the line inside didn’t move. I didn’t see one person get food or order taken. I bailed, no bueno. DT, get your act together! I was forced to eat at Mickey D’s. Which took all of 45 seconds in the drive through start to finish, of course they know how to do it, if only the food wasn’t horrible.

Wow. I can’t begin to understand how this company celebrated 50 years in business last year. I ordered a grilled chicken avocado burrito which looked great on the professional photo they have. It was mushy, tasteless and pretty disgusting. I know that the bar has not been set very high for fast food but Taco Bell still rocks in my book.

Mediocre service. No one greeted me and I was the only person in store. Too a lady 5 minutes to say hello and take my order. I didn’t mind the wait, I did mind not being acknowledged. Other than that, the food is great. Del Taco always fits my needs and is cheaper than Taco Bell. I will definitely come back. Hopefully they have better customer service.

I’m impressed with this Del Taco. I actually have been to the original California restaurant and I’ve grown up eating lots of Del Taco. Service was friendly and fast. We ordered combos with classic tacos, french fries, quesadilla, a red burrito and a macho combo burrito. The fries were almost hot so not too bad. The quesadillas was really thin, but it still tasted good, the tacos were absolutely amazing. Fresh and full like they’re supposed to be. I’ve never had a classic taco that came with double meat and double cheese like I paid. Delicious! The macho combo burrito had food on the outside of the burrito and fell apart after a few bites and my son finished it with a knife and fork. He said it was still good. My red burrito was good, but messy. The outside of the restaurant is run down, but the inside is clean. I’ll come back for sure.

I really wanted ice tea and I told the employee that the homemade ice tea needed to be remade because it was out and he proceed to tell me that it had been out all day and walked off. Usually, when you tell someone its out they remake more not walk off. Pretty lazy if you ask me and not to be mean but when mens nails are as long as acrylics its time to cut them.

On average, we visit this Del Taco once a week. Over the last month, not only has the food quality declined, the service has also been less than impressive. Discovered that their epic burritos are not so epic, weighing in at less than my half pound bean and cheese burrito, and a five dollar price differential. We have received incorrect orders on two occasions and management seemed less than eager to resolve their errors. Living in close proximity to this location, it makes it even harder knowing we are going to have to make the journey to the Southwest location to get better service and quality. That location has yet to disappoint

This has been an oldy but a goody for me over the years. For fast food, it can’t be beat. Food is always warm and has«fresher» ingredients than the T Bells and others of the would. Open 24 hours, it’s also super convenient in a tight spot when everything else is closed. Taco Tuesdays are great value, and staff has always been chipper and polite. Now that I wrote about it more, it’s the best fast food experience I’ve ever had.

I was so happy we found this Del Taco! It’s been way to long! Service was a bit slow because they were understaffed but it was worth the wait!

What can I say? I LOVE Del Taco. Yeah, I know it is fast food. Del Taco is one of my secret, guilty pleasures. I grew up in California. There was a Del Taco on the main street in the city and it was close enough to my high school to walk there for lunch(when open campus existed.) Mmmmmm, my favorite is a green burrito with extra cheese and sour cream. They have excellent green sauce. Also, they have delicious crinkle fries. Absolutely some of the best french fries you can get. Their other food is great too for what it is. The quality of food is by far much better than the other well know chain. The service has been consistently good. I use the drive through and they are always fast, friendly and courteous.

It’s Del Taco and you gotta know that going in. That being said, its one of the only fast food places open all night and the people working there are really nice. THEGOOD: The chicken is actually white meat chunks not from a patty. THEBAD: It wrecks your insides like trying to digest a bag of razor blades. THEUGLY: Its Del Taco.

I finally got to try this location. The first time I wanted to go, there were 4 – 6 cars waiting to place their order. Considering I was on a tight schedule, I went elsewhere. I got a two taco combo. There was too much lettuce on my tacos, but otherwise they were pretty good. I didn’t care much for the fries. I think they had been sitting for a bit. I also had a churro, which was pretty good. In all, I will go back. The food is pretty decent and the drive-thru lady was very friendly and actually smiled!

This location used to be a Hamburger Stand. Sad to see the Hamburger Stand go but I am happy to see a Del Taco open up in its place. I was growing tired of the fast food Mexican joints in and around Lakewood so I was very happy to see this one finally open. I had been driving by it watching and waiting. I knew when they opened they would be busy so I stayed away for a few days. Letting the crowds slow down. What has been good for Del Taco is that the crowds haven’t died down much and I just couldn’t hold out for long. One night I tried it out before going to work a mid-night shift. I figured 11:30pm they can’t be all that busy. Boy was I wrong… I arrived and found 8 cars waiting to order and two or three waiting for their food. While it is a good sign for business it wasn’t the sign I was hoping for. I still waited it out because I was really craving some Del Taco. If you haven’t been to a Del Taco before let me give you a quick rundown. Del Taco is a fast food Mexican chain restaurant. Many may want to compare it to Taco Bell. However at Del Taco you are going to get a broader menu selection and the food, in my opinion, is of much better quality at Del Taco. If you like Taco Bell I really suggest you try a Del Taco but don’t get upset if you find yourself not going back to Taco Bell lol. Being a fast food Mexican joint you are going to see things like hard and soft tacos, taco salad, burritos(they actually have an all-beef burrito, unlike Taco Bell), nachos. But in addition to the standard Mexican fare you will also find hamburgers and fries. I find it very strange that they serve fries with their combinations, its weird getting tacos and fries or a burrito and fries. While it is strange it works for them. I have had some of their hamburgers as well as some of the Mexican food. The hamburgers are of typical fast food hamburger joint quality. I like the bacon double del cheese when I am ordering off that part of the menu. For the Mexican food I like the tacos and the beef burrito. The taco salad isn’t bad and the nachos are good. If you go on Tuesday they have a taco special I believe it starts at 3pm and is three tacos(hard or soft) for a dollar. I really recommend this location and I have to wish them well. Really a great addition to the neighborhood and I will be visiting this location often.
