Cove United Methodist Church

This is a really nice church. It was a good neighborhood church; I lived across the street from it for almost two years and attended it irregularly, occasionally visiting other churches. I can say I did not find another protestant church in the Cleveland area in which I felt more at home.
This church is genuinely welcoming and accepting of all people. The people in the congregation are sweet, loving people and form a supportive community. The services are meaningful and thought-​provoking. At times, certain things in the service can get a bit corny or feel-​good for my tastes, but this problem is much less out-​of-​hand than it is in many churches. The service is fairly traditional but a little less «dark» and less «high-​church» than in some churches; in many ways it is typical of what one can expect from a methodist church.
Although, like many congregations, it has a predominately older membership, I found that there were a small handful of single people and people closer to my age (24 at the time) who attended this church.
I would recommend this church to anyone in the neighborhood looking for a friendly neighborhood church. It is also my favorite methodist church that I have ever visited, anywhere in the U.S.
