Started in Bear Valley in 1980 and then south Lakewood since 1990.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Dr. Stephen Carter D.D.S, M.S., has been creating beautiful smiles since 1980. He earned his dental degree from the University of Missouri-​Kansas City and his orthodontics certificate from Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Carter is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Colorado Orthodontic Association, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society.

In his spare time Dr. Carter is a baseball enthusiast. When he isn’t busy playing hardball in local men’s senior baseball leagues, he can be found watching the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field.

When baseball season ends, he loves spending time with his wife and their dogs, Rocky and Tucker, in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
