Had a chance to finally see this sweet store of delectable cupcakes, plethora of flavored popcorn and hand dipped chocolate delights! It was amazing! Jake was a very helpful host who gave me a tour of this family owned business. The aroma as you walk past is breath taking and when you enter in such an air of sweet fragrance. Sweet and savory is what it is all about! Jake directed. Me to their #1 seller-​Dichotomy Corn (Popcorn) a blend of sweet, crunchy Carmel with cheddar cheese! Others flavors include «New Cinnamon Roll». If you like it hot try «The Extreme Dichotomy». Yep, you can sample first! Next I was shown the Tree of Cotton Candy a popular treat for the kids in Lakewood. Pinky and fluffy just like you see at carnivals! Next I saw all the luscious cupcakes! Talk about cupcakes, these are cupcakes from Heaven! Made daily on site! Had a hard time choosing! The most popular seller is Vanilla Wedding Cake. I bought the White Velvet and Chocolate Raspberry! Light and moist! Filled with drizzles of Raspberries over a plethora of chocolate! Also available are hand dipped chocolate covered pretzels! The combinations are amazing! Rocky Road Pretzels!!! Jake told me they first dip the pretzels in Carmel then smothered with marshmallows, nuts and chocolate. The flavor combos are unique and enticing! The Chocolate Buckeyes were huge! Just as good as Malley’s! All in all an amazing store for those looking for gourmet flavored popcorn, unique homemade cupcakes as well as hand dipped cookies, pretzels, marshmallows, grand crackers smothered with lots of chocolate! Whether it is dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white Campbell’s is a delectable delight!

My kids love Cambell’s. They don’t offer much for a vegan to eat but recently started making a few flavors of popcorn that are vegan. The popping corn is fantastic and we’ve always had excellent service.

I had these cupcakes at my cousin’s wedding and when she told me the bakery was in the area, I knew we had to walk there! My eyes opened so wide when I saw they also had popcorn and chocolate covered sweets AND coffee! They have a popcorn taste testing wall and I tried almost all the flavors! All were delicious! I decided on a lemon cupcake, which everyone made fun of me for, and I loved it! I wasn’t too sweet and didn’t have the gross fake lemon that most lemon cakes do.
I would love to come back here, in fact, I regret not getting popcorn for the drive home. Maybe next time!

i have been a huge fan of their cheesy/​caramel popcorn, dichotomy for years. this stuff is so flipping addicting. don’t open the bag, unless you plan on eating the whole thing. it is seriously that good.
cupcakes are huge and perfectly perfect. that’s coming from a baker. chocolate covered anything is an option as well. milk, dark, white.
peanut butter cups. huge. delish. need i say more???
walk in to this delightful store of yumminess and i guarantee you will gain a pound or two just from the smells alone. great customer services and amazing goodies. never disappointing!

Nice little place with homemade popcorn with many different flavors, chocolate covered pretzels, Oreos, & gummy worms, candied apples, even cupcakes.
They have a wall with different flavors of flavored popcorn sample. Stop by and grab yourself a treat.

My wife and I were looking for something different for the dessert portion of our wedding. After awhile of searching, we came across the Campbell’s Sweets Factory in Lakewood. It only took one tasting to solidfy our choice. The only concern that we had was what was this «cost» going to look like? Let me tell you, Campbell’s price was phenomenal, and their cupcakes looked fantastic! All of our wedding guests raved about the delicious cupcakes, and their design the entire night. WE highly recommend Campbell’s, not only for their taste, but their customer service is FANTASTIC. Believe me, on the weeks leading up to a wedding, there are so many things going on. It’s nice to know that you can rely on Campbell’s, while also resting asured that they have everything under control, and their delivery/​tone, just makes you feel confident in what they will be delivering. Great company.

Amazing buttery goodness cupcakes. Heavy, buttery cupcakes… not the light ones that some other cupcake places. These are amazing. Seriously. And their other candies and popcorn are equally good. Come in close to closing time and you may get some great deals!
I love this place, even tho I no longer live in Lakewood, I make a point to stop back in.

The BEST red velvet cupcakes I have ever had. Actually, everything we have tried is delicious! Highly recommend this place!

So during my recent visit to Cleveland with my girlfriend we happened to run across Campbell’s sweets and said we would stop it after we grab a bite to eat from Deagan’s. So on the way back we stopped in just to pick up souvenirs for friends and family members. So while my girlfriend picked out what she wanted I noticed they had cupcakes which is one of my guilty pleasures lol so I decide to pick up a red velvet and a turtle cupcake. So I’ve been home for a day and just had my turtle cupcake from Campbell’s and I must say it met every last standard I have when it comes to cupcakes. The cake was very moist and just delicious it had the right amount of nuts (pause) and carmel. I can’t wait to have my red velvet cupcake later. I’ll definitely be back EVERY TIME I’m in Cleveland.

I don’t consider myself a grand baker but I enjoy doing it and think my own cupcakes are pretty decent; because of this I’m a little picky when it comes to paying $ 2.50+ for a cupcake. Until Campbell’s, I had yet to find a cupcake in NEO that I absolutely loved.
Campbell’s cupcakes are consistently amazing. They’re always moist, fluffy and well balanced with flavors. You’ll never get one that’s too sweet or tastes like butter (looking at you, Cookie A Cupcake). I’ve loved every cupcake I’ve gotten but my go-​to will forever be the ‘Wedding Cake’.
Service is always exceptionally pleasant and I’ve been given ‘free samples’ of ‘ugly’ chocolates a few times (that white chocolate chai truffle is clutch, though).
For a shop that sells multiple items and excels in each one, they blow NEO bakeries that only specialize in cupcakes out of the water.

All the amazing things I’ve said about their Ohio City location translate to their newer, Lakewood location.
Smiling, happy faces, amazing smells – delicious EVERYTHING. Try their popcorn in the testers. They have some super-​unique flavors these days. Plus, their popcorn bags, tins, chocolate treats and cupcakes make excellent hostess gifts for the holiday season.
I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate, popcorn and cupcakes?! Or at least one of those…

Goodbye Garrett’s. Hello Campbell’s. My spouse had a standing order to come home with a bag of Garrett’s caramel corn whenever he traveled to Chicago.
Garrett’s gained a lot of notoriety when It made Oprah’s «favorite» list a few years back. Campbell’s blows Garrett’s out of the box. No comparison. Sampled a few varieties and this finicky eater loved all of them.
Bought one of those yummy, quality tasting caramel apples, too. Caramel tastes homemade.
Perfection.

I went here to buy cupcakes only. I did not try the popcorn. I ordered a dozen cupcakes for my parents 36^th wedding anniversary.
I ordered a variety– strawberry, cookie dough, salted Carmel, red velvet, chocolate cheesecake and wedding cake vanilla.
I only tried the cookie dough and chocolate cheesecake. The chocolate cheesecake was pretty good. The cookie dough was just okay. The thing about their cupcakes are they come with an inch of sugary frosting so be ready for that. It seems like too much. I’m not sure if I would order them again.
The guy I talked to on the phone when I ordered the cupcakes was very nice and helpful.

I love the White Cheddar and Jalapeño popcorn. The flavors are perfectly blended. Their cupcakes, while good, tend to stick to the cup (not wrapper) in which they were baked. This is a bit disappointing. Additionally the cup is a bit awkward to eat from. Absolutely try the popcorn, but I don’t think the cupcakes are for everyone.

Brought my lil one here to check out the new place. Have enjoyed the one in the Market for a long time. This one has way more options too! There was no shoppers in there but 6 employees working. Kind of made for an overload of friendliness though. We just wanted to browse but felt obligated to buy a bunch of sweets I dont really need. I already ate at Melt next door. I feel bad enough about myself.lol. The stuff is a bit on the pricey side for junk food but the people were super nice and its a great spot for when we take our summer stuts down Detroit. I now know how to play it though, buy a few small treats BEFORE Melt then Daddy can have a bunch of beers while lil one snacks on a cupcake. Win, win situation…

Once I discovered Campbell’s on W. 25^th, I went fairly often and regularly bought popcorn as gifts. A few bags of different flavors makes a great gift for someone. I REALLY love the dichotomy popcorn (cheddar and caramel). I almost lost my shit when I found out they were opening a location a block from my office. I figured I should invest in pants with elastic waistbands in advance (or work out, I guess). I’ve gone 5 or so times since the Lakewood location opened and I’m delighted it’s here. The service is friendly and fast. The space is nice.
The popcorn is excellent. Always fresh, and there are lots of interesting and/​or tasty flavors. Free samples! The other items such as cupcakes and chocolate covered items are solid, but I’m not sure they’re equivalent to Malleys or Sweet Designs. I think the popcorn is fairly priced. The chocolates, etc. are so-​so for me in both taste/​quality and price. I like Campbell’s, but dollar for dollar, I would rather stop at Malley’s or Sweet Designs if I was specifically buying chocolate. Otherwise, it’s a sugar lover’s dream to have so many sweets in one store.
I love seeing an independent business thrive and I’m happy to always see people in there. (and to spend my money at Campbells) I think Campbell’s (any location) is a great place to stop for locals and visitors. If you haven’t been yet, go today.

Campbell’s is so genuinely Midwestern and cheery, it’s contagious. We strolled in here, slightly tipsy and food coma-​ed, and we still walked out with two dozen cake truffles and a couple of lattes.
They had 15 free samples of popcorn and a more than helpful employee who was willing to describe everything and answer questions. The coffee was actually better than I had expected, and the chocolate-​covered cake bites were (are…we haven’t finished them yet) out of this world. Moist in the center — everyone hates the word «moist,» yet saying the inside wasn’t «too dry» just wouldn’t cut it here.
They even had some places to sit. A nice, friendly, delicious place.

As a diabetic, I should never go near Campbell’s ever again.
But I’m sure I will.
And I’ll only feel a little guilty about it. (And none of this is their fault — it’s my own lack of being able to do things in moderation that’s the issue… just to be clear.)
The cupcakes are pretty yummy — not the best I’ve ever had anywhere, but solidly tasty, and ginormous. Lots of variety in flavors, not a dud in the bunch of the ones I’ve now tried (which is too many of them for me to admit publicly, but the sea salt caramel was the star for me). There are a lot of yummy looking caramel apples — including a buckeye version — and marshmallow and chocolate treats. I haven’t gotten to try these bits of yummy just yet, but I will, eventually. (Have to give the guilt a little while to subside from the last visit.)
And then there’s the popcorn.
Oh, I do love popcorn. So does Campbell’s. It shows.
I didn’t count how many different flavors there were, but I cannot even manage to recall all of the flavors I saw… Being able to taste a bunch of the flavors before buying was helpful only in that it made me want to buy one of every flavor I tried. The regular suspects are deliciously done — cheese, butter, caramel — but there’s so much more… who would have thought that strawberries and crème popcorn would be so. damned. good. (The garlic parmesan is also amazing… and the vanilla butternut… and the caramel apple… and white cheddar jalapeño… and yes, this list could go on for a long time…)
Also, super nice and friendly staff. The fellow behind the counter who put up with my indecision on the half dozen cupcakes I was choosing was kind of insanely chipper — in a good way — and was super nice. It wasn’t that fake «I’m being nice to you because I’m paid to be» either — there was something very sincere about his enthusiasm. He *likes* working there. That says a lot about the company to me — these are the things that will make me a faithful customer.
I visited the W 25^th location the next day for the first time (and took a different companion along) — about the same selection (though they had ice cream) and same happiness coming from the staff.
So I will go back, even though I shouldn’t. Soon.

I don’t know when this location opened and, frankly, I don’t really care. I’m just glad they did. I should be within walking distance of a Campbell’s Sweets Factory no matter where I am. This particular shop is a little smaller than their shop on W 25^th but still pretty roomy and open. It was close to Christmas when we visited so it was pretty crowded and really festive with all the decorations and such.
What’s not to like about Campbells? They’ve certainly cornered the market in Northeast Ohio when it comes to flavored popcorn, cupcakes and other goodies and the fact that they’ve now got three locations is a testament to their success. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Malley’s, but these folks have upped the ante. This place is a Willy Wonka wet dream. Need some more coaxing? They’ve got:

–Nearly 30 flavors of popcorn with free samples… free…samples
–Hand-​dipped truffles
–Cookies
–Caramel/​Candy apples and a buckeye apple, are you kidding me?

Everything is made by hand, everything is local and it’s a small business. There are no better reasons to support them. I’ve never had a bad experience with them, their staff is always insanely friendly and not friendly in a «I hate my damn job and I’m smiling so I don’t reach across the counter and choke you to death» kind of way but really friendly. I almost find myself wanting to be their friend, really. Like, let’s hang out sometime. Anyway, my wife and I love their cupcakes. No matter when we’ve purchased them they are always moist and delicious.
