Ok, this is the fifth time I have been here… not impressed each time not impressed, but did not comment.
However, this past Saturday evening at a black tie event sent me over the edge !
Three choices of entrees… all served lukewarm to cool!
Servers were overwhelmed, but pleasant. The venue was not accommodating at all. Asked for iced tea,“we don’t do that «, asked for horseradish for prime rib,“we don’t have any» asked for hot tea instead of coffee,“we don’t have any tea bags”!
OMG!!!
I’m an event planner of 20 years and would never use a venue that would not try to accommodate my guest!
BTW…my lukewarm prime rib keep me up all night… if you know what I mean!!!
