Professional help with personal struggles. Above all else trust, honesty and confidentiality are paramount in our therapeutic relationship. You will not sit in the lobby and fill out papers for an hour. I will listen. You will be heard. We all have a story to tell and we all need someone to listen.

I have been a therapist for over twenty five years and have worked in various settings including Psychiatric Hospitals (Banyan Psychiatric Institute & G. Pierce Wood state hospital) Child Abuse Investigations for the state of Florida, Juvenile Probation programs, as well as a clinician and clinical director for local not for profit agencies. The one common thread in all my clinical experience is the concept of CHANGE. We are all familiar with adage that continuing to do the same thing and expecting a new result is insane. So no matter the clinical theory, the focus is on CHANGE
