Dr. Smith is a former President of the Oregon Doctors of Chiropractic and is licensed in Texas, Colorado, Oregon and Australia. He has been in active practice since 1986 and owns and operates the longest running office in the Lakeway, Lake Travis and Bee Caves area.

Career Steps: Lake Travis Chiropractic was established in 1986 and aquired by Arlen Smith, D.C. in 1997. Prior to this Dr. Smith practiced in Oregon from 1986 until his move to Texas in 1997. The clinic has undergone many changes since his aquisition including a remodel and updating of the equipment. We have treated literally thousands of local residents over the years, including sports figures, law enforcement, school teachers, firemen and others we simply like to call our friends. We have not raised our prices since 1997. Give us a try. You’ll be glad you did!

We are an In-​Network provider on most major medical insurance plans, including Blue Cross/​Blue Shield, Humana, CIGNA, Guardian, Medicare, and many others. Please call us at (512) 263‑5626 and we will verify coverage for you. Most plans cover all services we provide. We also have options for patients with high deductibles, no coverage, or who pay cash. Financing is available through Care Credit or Med Pay. We want you to be able to obtain the care you need when you need it without worrying about the cost.
