I am sad to say that I was looking forward to having some cookies made for a party. I called and spoke to a gentleman who asked me to email him with the cookie request asking for a quote and explaining what I needed. I did as instructed and never received a response. I even checked my spam folder. Called a few days later and left a message, again no response. Called a 3rd time, no one picked up and I chose to not leave a message.
Hope you have a better experience. Disappointed since they have such wonderful reviews

Awesome cookies for my son’s 1st birthday! Tasted great! So easy to order and pay with Sandy’s. The detail in the artwork was wonderful! We are still eating the cookies 3 days after the party! They made for great favors and were the perfect touch to our Mod Monkey party! Thanks so much! Will be using you again in the future! Husband wants more cookies!

Have you ever loved a food, and just wanted everyone else to love this thing as much as you? I love these cookies! The artistic skill is surely amazing, but the taste is so good too! They have that just right softness of a perfectly baked sugar cookie and the frosting works too! Not all hard like some decorative sugar cookies.
I’m busy thinking up more reasons to celebrate with treats because I know they make cupcakes too!

I just wanted to let everybody know in the San Diego area, what a wonderful experience we had after choosing Sandy sugars to supply cupcakes, cookies and a smash cake from my sister-in-law’s baby shower. The talent professionalism and exemplary service provided by this company was refreshing. As a local small business owner. I am always looking for other small businesses to refer my clients too. I have to say this one is at the top of my list of referrals over the last few months. Being a hairdresser I am asked quite often about event providers, florist and cake decorators etc. we had a unique baby shower theme for a little girl. Retro outer space theme. They were able to make everything soft and sweet but very outer space E with rockets and flying saucers and aliens and little tiny girl astronaut. And baby alien footprints. Which were my favorite. So if you’re looking to be WOW’d this is the place to go.

I ordered 3 dozen cookies for my best friends baby shower that was yesterday. My correspondence was over email only and the process was very smooth, it was easy to pay online, and the order was ready when promised. I had found them searching online, but had never tried a cookie or seen one in person. I had given very basic instructions about colors and shapes and left the rest to them. I have to say, the cookies were so far beyond what I had been hoping for. They were absolutely beautiful, with so much detail, they each were a work of art. And they are the best sugar cookies I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend Sandy’s Sugar Cookies to everyone. If I lived in the area I would go to them for any occasion.

We had Sandy Sugar Cookies create our holiday cookies with our company logo on it. We ordered 13 dozen to be shipped to 13 different locations! We really wanted to put our holiday card in each box and Richard was extremely helpful and was able to work with us to do this. They came out fantastic! We even had them ship a dozen to our office. Usually custom cookies can be way to sugary and hard but Sandy’s Sugar Cookies came out very delicious! From business to business they were the best place to work with, their client services our outstanding!

In early January 2014 we held a dual Baby Shower for two co-​workers. We heard about Sandy’s from a third coworker who had just used them and told us how amazing her cookies were so we decided to give them a try for our dessert needs. We ordered 2 Baby Shower Gift Packs — One Boy and One Girl. They delivered them on time to our place of business which is near Coronado (I think their bakery site is in Lakeside so we were quite pleased they agreed to deliver so far). The man who delivered them was very nice, was dressed in a chef’s coat and really made our day! The cookies and cupcakes were stunning. I still don’t know how they get such detail and reality into their decorations. Kudos to this company and we’ll be sure to use them and refer them in the future.

We were going to have someone make the cookies but ended up falling threw the last minute so I called Sandy’s with less than 2 weeks away I needed 50 cookies for my friends baby shower. They did a great job I sent them a picture of what I wanted and did everything over the phone which was nice so I didn’t need to run all around. They cookies were all ready and individually wrapped. They turned out great!!! I would totally use them again!

I recently used Sandy’s Sugar Cookies for a baby shower I was hosting. I had a specific design in mind that I had seen at another shower. I had communicated with them, sent them pictures of the cookies along with the color theme for the shower and they created the most perfect cookie. It was the talk of the shower. Not to mention, the cookies are absolutely delicious. The cookies were all individually wrapped with cute ribbon. The presentation was perfect. I had gotten many quotes from bakeries around the area and Sandy’s prices were by far the best. Will definitely use them for any future cookie orders.

Great experience with this business. I ordered Eiffel tower and French poodle cookies for my daughter’s French themed birthday party and I received beautiful works of art. Sandy communicated with me through the entire process and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. Customer service was awesome, product was incredible, and overall I was very pleased! I cannot speak highly enough for the service and the quality of product that Sandy has delivered to my business.
We ordered sugar cookies special for an event and even though they didn’t turn out as expected, Sandy and her husband worked for two weeks to get them right. They constantly communicated with me to make sure we were on the same page and in the end, they delivered incredible cookies and cupcakes that were no doubt the hit of party.
I’ve already referred them to almost everyone I know. Sandy and Richard are true business owners who pride themselves on great customer service and incredible products. I can’t wait to commission Sandy again!
