For several years now I have had the displeasure of dealing with the DMV and several other registration places, with that being said the past year and a half I have had the pleasure, hassle free experience with Trina and her team. I have referred several people and was referred by someone just as amazing! I have had SEVERAL registration needs, personalized plates, bought new car (s), Vin verification! Either way HUGE shout out for Trina! I love doing businesses with her and will continue to do so! THANKS FOR BEING AMAZING AND ALWAYS WELCOMING

I would strongly urge anyone I know to avoid this business! I spent over a year trying to get a vehicle I purchased registered through Trina and this company. Since the vehicle was registered and titled in another state, she explained it might take several weeks. After waiting over EIGHT months for the out of state title, we had to smog then continue with the registration. Once the vehicle passed smog, Trina and her crew informed me they didn’t have the paperwork anymore! I’m sorry… WHAT!!! Then they blamed me and said they had given it all to me. Why would I have all the paperwork that YOU need to register the vehicle?!? Ludicrous! After I got finished dealing with the run around, I decided to go myself to the DMV to register. When I mailed out the check for yet another duplicate title, I received the title in the mail 11 business days later. I suspect that they never requested my title to begin with which is why it took over 8 months. Now, after just over a month of doing the work myself, I have my tags and the title in my name is on its way. This place lacks follow through, they don’t return phone calls despite promising to «call you tonight» or «call you tomorrow», they always have an excuse why your stuff is not done, they’re extremely unorganized and unprofessional, and the little girls in the office can be very rude and condescending! I will never use this business again and I would not recommend that anyone else does either! I will never use this business again and I would not recommend that anyone else does either!

This place is awesome! I always bring in the most complicated transactions and with no doubt the owner Trina can handle them and get them back to me in record time. She always makes it so pleasurable to be in her office with her friendly and caring attitude and not to mention the girls she has work there always have a positive attitude and a smile on their face. And let’s face it dealing with vehicle registration is one of the top worst things but doing business with them makes me not dread it at all! I have referred plenty of friends and family to her, so she always gives me the best discounts on my transactions. With out a doubt I will continue to come to her for all my DMV transactions and will continue to send everyone I know to her and her lovely employees!

139 days of waiting and being lied to by this place. Tried l to have this place do a lien sale but apparently they have issues of mailing and receiving mail. I do not trust this place at all. They never answer the phone, THEY NEVER CALL BACK. They will interrupt you when you are speaking. The wife and I went into day to try and figure things out and after stepping out side to talk I went back in and they just handed me my paperwork and said we are done dealing with you.
After calling a few other lien sale business I found out what they were trying to do is illegal.
No wonder why they got kicked out of the naval base and had to close that location.

Trina a long with her staff, went above and beyond the call of duty helping me out with a very difficult time during this transfer and registration of my car. Always friendly yet very professional as well as informative with any questions I had. I would recommend this business to anyone who doesn’t have the time to battle the DMV! My wrk schedule is ever changing this made it difficult for me to do this on my own time. Thanks Trina for all you’ve done! I would recommend S/​D auto registration to anyone who wants honest down home treatment!

Just wanted to say that they get the job done! The DMV is a hectic mess for me… and this place made it super easy! Well worth the money not to hassle with lines or DMV Employees. Thanks so much for your help!
