Oscar was immediately hospitable and did everything he could do to help me and make the process to getting my car fixed as easy as possible, even when my Insurance had been making things difficult, Oscar held on and kept in contact with me for weeks, got my rental car Info taken care of, and my car turned out wonderful after it was finished. Awesome customer service!

Oscar was professional and polite, clearly explained the estimate and handled all paperwork through my insurance. He helped me with a rental car, and repairs were finished ahead of schedule.
