Have been with this insurance for several years. Yet over the years it has been very frustrating when trying to contact the office. I always get the same response, we only have 1 person here and he’s on a call. I request a call back and never get one.
I have finally given up on James Fread. The new ins has faxed, called and sent a letter to James fread regarding the cancelation this was on Saturday June 11th and again Monday 6÷13÷2016. I have called as well and as of today 6÷21÷2016 the cancelation has not been processed nor has anyone from the office contacted me. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!

When I first called James Fread’s office we were paying over $ 400 a month with another insurance company. I got a quote for less then half that with better coverage!!! Been with them ever since. They have fixed every issue with efficiency and professionalism! Love this office

AWFUL. Tried to get billing issues cleared up for weeks and NO ONE would call me back or email me back. The office manager refused to call me back I left 3 messages in one day with no response. I finally had to switch to another state dark agent because I had another vehicle to add to my existing immediately and no one would call me back for whatever reason.

Completely changed my policy without notification. Oh, and the 4 times I called asking why every few months there was another 50 dollar charge they made an excuse. They would say it’s because your mileage is too high or we lowered your fathers so that’s why yours went up… All lies. They had attached another’s family members name on to my policy (without notification.) That is a year span that amounted to 500 dollars. Will I ever see that money again? Probably not! They call themselves good, but if they really cared they would have mentioned it.

James Fread has been my agent for home and auto insurance for six years. Until having James as my agent, I had a general distain for all things insurance. Now my views have changed… they’re really are honest, knowledgeable and reliable insurance agents out there! I got rear-​ended and called his office from the site of the accident, I was not put on hold, I spoke with directly with James. He told me what to do and by the end of the week my car was fixed without any surprises.

They recommended an agent, but after doing a quick search online I decided to switch to James Fread because of the positive Unilocal reviews. I was contacted the first thing the next day by Shannon. The process has been great so far. No pressure, very helpful, and quick responses to all of my questions or requests. I’d highly recommend them.

Don’t be fooled by these online companies– many times their coverage leaves gaps you don’t know about. James will explain to you what’s missing and make sure you get the coverage you’re expecting.
