The ball area is fantastic keeps them going and us adults
Also the big playground is adult friendly
The food was surprisingly good the panini a are GOOD AND THEIR GENEROUS WITH THE SANWICHES
The smoothies are good too I ordered the lemonade and the strawberry smoothie for my sister in law
I had a great experience overall and was very happy with my first time going there

We stopped here to burn up some two year old energy before hitting the road back to AZ. My son had a great time, the facility was clean and well maintained, which is definitely not true of all indoor playgrounds. The play structure fit kids of a variety of ages with lots of room for parents to climb along too. I love that the café offered sandwiches and substantial snacks. Some of the toys in the toddler area showed a little wear and the couch we sat on was not at all comfortable, and the sign was small and hard to spot, but otherwise we had a great experience. We’ll definitely stop here again!

Alright, so never really been a fan of places that have 5 or more kids all in the same area and in the same place, needless to say, this places is like a zoo full of kids, which is totally find its made for the kids to come here and have a blast. But what really got me annoyed is the location. its located right in the heard of storage units, and garage style businesses. Surprisingly enough, it works for what it suppose to do, and thats entraining kids for long period of time, while not stressing and worrying bout them wondering far away, because the place is small enough to find your kid quickly.
The kids 1,3, and 4 year olds had a blast and for the price, it was worth going and killing time during mid=day active. I would strongly suggest you load up on battery life, and coffee before entering, They don’t allow you to bring your own coffee inside because of the promise contract they have w/​their own coffee makers inside the place. I didn’t try it, nor planning on having some, its not my favorite setup for grabbing a cup of iced coffee.

This place is a joke. There rules are ridiculous. They over charge. My daughter was given 3 passes for her birthday, they made me pay full price for my son even though we had a pass. He was the sibling. Ridiculous. I know they paid full price her passes. The food thing is insane. They also wouldn’t let me bring my adult friends gift inside the facility. Way to make a visit misreble. Don’t waste your money coming here. Find somewhere else fun to take your children.

I’ve come here a couple of times for open play, have been a guest (well, my child was the guest, hehe) for a couple of private parties, as well as hosted a private party for my son’s second birthday. I am always so pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of this place!
In terms of open play, the big plus sides of this place are that it is so so clean and big! While Urban Jungle may have a wider variety of stuff, it was also crammed into a tiny space filled with crazy kids running amok. Here, the toddler area is huge, and the climbing structure is spaced out well from the toddlers and ball areas. I also love that there are ample seating areas with tables, as well as couches, for parents who don’t chase their children through the climbing structures like I do!
Their snack bar is also pretty amazing. While they serve the basics like chips and cookies, they also make sandwiches, desserts, and coffee to order.
In terms of hosting a party here, I absolutely loved my experience. My friend and I hosted parties here within a month of each other, and I know between the two of us, we probably sent our poor party hostess maybe 50 emails. But she always responded promptly and courteously and was very helpful! On the day of, my husband dropped off all the decorations I laboriously made in the morning, and by the time we got there (about 10 – 15 minutes before our event), they had largely set everything up for us to perfection. The staff handled cutting the cake up and passing it out as well. They also reminded me (politely) when our time was coming to a close so that we could start getting everything packed up and out of there. It was a great experience, and I would love to host another party here!
Finally, there is ample parking, and the facilities are so clean. I’ve never left this place feeling like I needed to take a shower (something I cannot say for some of their competitors). This is definitely my indoor play place of chose!

It’s a great place to take your kids when it’s 95 degrees out and too hot for the outdoor playground! Very clean, plenty for both big and little kids to do, toddler section for the wee ones, and a super-​cool HUGE slide that I just had to try with my little guy! Lots of tables and high chairs for their lunch or snacks, plus a snack counter in case you need to purchase a beverage or bite to eat for you or your child. I would say the only downside are the bigger kids tearing through the play structures with no regard to the younger ones, but I think that’s more on the parents than anything else. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed, and will definitely be taking him back soon!

Huge play center for kids and never very busy. Café and sports area too. Best fun center in Lakeside. Playground is so big and the ball pit has a system that dumps plastic balls on children every few minutes, perfect for burying the little ones. A good place for kids with socks.

Do not count on any refund if you get b-​day package… They don’t care. Staff is sort of rude. Pls do not organize your b-​day party here.

Is this place for adults or kids because I’m 100% sure that I had way more fun than my niece. Someone should really consider making a playground like this strictly for adults!
My niece is 18 months and I think she was a little too young for this. She, along with other children her age were frightened to go in the massive play structure. There is a small play area for small children but it’s not worth driving to Lakeside and paying $ 15.
In reading other reviews I have to agree that their private party schedule has no regard for the public. I arrived in the middle of a party and had to wait 30 minutes (fortunately I caught the tail end of the party). There was no notification online and no one answered the phones.
I also have to agree that there was very minimal staff watching the kids play. I recall 1 – 2 working the food counter and 1 – 2 working the front desk. It didn’t bother me much because I felt the safety of my niece was up to me not an employee.
And…the furniture is tattered but I spent 0 minutes sitting because I was too busy being a big kid.

I took my children to Funbelieveable Play for the first time and I was quite impressed with the area. It is a huge indoor playground that has areas for everyone and generous space for parents/​guardians. They have couches on both sides, a cafeteria, free wifi, and great and friendly staff. Parents can even go inside the playground! :)
We met Maria during our visit and she was very friendly, informative, and made sure the area was clean.
Just a few FYI’s:
–Cafeteria stops serving 30 minutes prior to closing.
–Socks are required.
–I would suggest to call before coming in on a weekend in case there’s a private party as they do close.
The only negative during our visit was parents not watching their older kids while they sat and chitchatted but you can’t really blame that on the facility. Their much older child pulled bag the punching bag like toy (I forgot what it’s called) and flung it back to hit my daughter because «they didn’t want to play with her because she’s a ‘baby’». Not cool.
Overall, we will definitely be coming back mainly because of how friendly Maria was.

I first found out about this place through a daily deal company. It was summer vacation for my kids and we were in that «I HAVE to get out of the house!» mode. Not only that, but it was 102 degrees outside and free air conditioning sounded great!
When you first get inside you think your kids might get bored pretty quickly because it isn’t as large as another indoor play area in the neighborhood. Well, my 4 and 7 year olds LOVED it! My eldest had fun ditching his younger brother since they could get «lost» inside the huge contraption. There is a ball pit, slides, zip-​line and tons of climbing. There’s a tot area for the little ones and a snack bar that serves smoothies, sandwiches, cookies, hummus & veggies, muffins, and tons more. The prices are reasonable, too!
One thing I love about this place is how clean it is. It seems like every hour on the hour someone is coming by vacuuming and cleaning.
Even without a coupon, I enjoy coming here and bringing a book and relaxing for a couple hours while the kids wear themselves out… especially during summer when you’re always looking for something fun do to.
FYI: Everyone, including parents, must wear socks inside even if you are not «playing».

Review is solely on hosting a private party:
We hosted my son’s 2^nd birthday party at Funbelievable yesterday and I was so happy with everything this place had to offer. Prices initially se steep ($ 975 for 4 hours + $ 50 to opt for outside food +we tipped our host) but when you justify the private venue, allowing up to 150 guests, having a host (Emily) for the entire time who helped out with virtually everything, not having to worry about cleaning up, and fun for kids and adults alike, I found it to be well justified. Parties for kids, like many parents can relate, can be stressful, and this took out so much stress in my life. Everyone had so much fun too, the venue was clean, bathrooms were also kept clean, there was tons of room including multiple sofas and tables. Many of my guests were inquiring about booking a party there because they, too, were very impressed. Our host, Emily, helped bring in items from our car, helped with set up, cleaned up almost everything, always checked in with me, and everything I needed, she helped me with. I definitely would recommend this to anyone interested in hosting a birthday party and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

Its a great place to bring kids and at a affordable price. The only negative is the bad couches too old worn out uncomfortable. Other that I think it’s pretty good my son is 18months and he enjoyed it

I can only review this place as a guest of a birthday party. I have no idea how the pricing works and all of the logistics of how to rent this place out.
This place is pretty easy to get to. When you’re looking for it, look for an industrial area with different buildings because Funbelievable is tucked inside. I went here on a Saturday afternoon so parking wasn’t bad
The first thing you do is sign in and basically sign a liability waiver. Shoes come off and the kids can play. There’s a ball pit and slide just to name a few things. There are plenty of couches for adults to sit on while the kids play
My 4 and 5 year old nephews really enjoyed this place. They like Kidventures, but they said they liked Funbelievable more.

Awesome place for kids… infants and up. While the location seemed a little weird driving there, it was well worth it. Ball pit and slides for the babies and bigger kids. Sign the waiver before you go. Awesome for a fee hours of fun or a day. We will have our kids birthday parties there this year.

Fun, Clean, great for all ages especially little ones 6 mos-​6 years. Great price to get in… Only $ 5/​adult and kid. Did I mention Clean… that is the most important factor for me. Oh, and its air conditioned!!! Hallelujah.

Not having kids of my own and attending a party here I wasn’t sure what to expect but boy did I have a blast! The setting is very easy and the layout is perfect to keep an eye out on the children. It is a sock only venue! The soccer/​basketball section was very entertaining. The food was decent and so were the drinks. It’s easy to get to and reasonably priced. I would take my future children here for parties!

This place is awesome. The sheer scale of the playground is unbelievable. My 1 year old had fun in the toddler zone, but she could have easily enjoyed herself in the main play structure which is 3 stories tall.

This place is so awesome! For kids and for parents!
First: prices are reasonable, and the memberships are super affordable. We went on Monday, which is $ 5 for military=super awesome!
Second: there is a fenced in mini soccer field with turf grass and goals. Above the goals are basketball hoops, and lots of colorful big bouncy balls. My daughter loved this area the most. There is a three level jungle gym with all sorts of cool stuff, including two different fun slides for the bigger kids. There’s also a toddler only area.
Third: they have a coffee bar!!! Yay! Well their menu has lots of other yummy treats, including sandwiches but the coffee is what won me over!
Bonus: the staff keeps this place super clean. I was watching one of the girls literally scrub the play area on her hands and knees.

We had a great time here! But then again, we chose to go there on a weekday and close to opening time, so the crowd was very sparse. I just read a bunch of negative reviews for how crowded the place gets and it’s like … why would you ever go to any place like this during peak time? You’re asking for it!
Even when traffic picked up, our little one ran wild in the separate area in the back which was a little soccer/​basketball court with tons of big balls to kick around. She wore herself out she ran so much! And yes, there were brat kids on the loose while their parents buried themselves in their cell phones in the lounge, but I simply stood by my kid and protected. That’s my job — my phone can wait. I’m just not that important!
We didn’t eat any of the food but we enjoyed all three play areas and saw no issues at all with cleanliness. And one cool (and logical) aspect we loved was how adults can escort their kids in and out of the gigantic play area. This was huge for us because otherwise our kid is a chicken! Overall, this is a good value and we’ll continue to visit on off hours.
