So I locked my «working remote» inside the garage and the other from my car didn’t open the door. I was locked out and needed badly to retrieve my work items. I called Easy Open Door Co. based on Unilocal reviews, talked to Jessica she was so nice and patient. Brian came out and assured me on the phone (calling to tell me he was on the way) that he gets results and after doing this for 20 years, no door has been able to keep him out. He installed a key release mechanism so it definitely won’t be happening again. Thanks, Easy Open Door for excellent, calm and fast service in the face of a stressful event.

After researching many companies, I chose Easy Open Door because of their customer service as well as their price. Michelle was amazing and followed up (numerous times) for me with the manufacturer regarding what the door would look like. i have a very old house and a small 1 car garage and I didn’t want the door to look like a modern addition, but rather with in keeping in style w/​the house.
Everything went perfectly! There were a couple of slight adjustments that had to be made to the door after installation and they took care of them within a few days each time. It was a true joy to work with Easy Open Door and their staff!

We have been very happy with the service provided by Easy Open Door. Their customer service is excellent, with great follow-​up. When we had an issue with our door sticking (after the installation of an opener), they immediately sent someone back to investigate. As it turned out, it was something unrelated to the opener, but they were able to help us with that too.

I called Easy Open Door to come out and service my garage door which would only open halfway and then stop. They scheduled me in for the next day and they were very nice and personable. You could tell the tech knew what he was doing. He even told me what to buy in the future to keep it greased and serviced. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting great customer service at an affordable price. Actually I already did! I recommended them to a neighbor and he had them come out and service his also. Great honest business to work with!

I contacted 5 garage door repair companies on Unilocal after I buckled my top section closing the door on a chair I had left in the way. Easy Open Door responded quickly and was able to find a matching section even though the maker was out of business. They were cheaper and more responsive than the other companies. They were the only one that wanted to come by and view the damage to give an accurate quote versus one over the phone. Price also included a full adjustment of the closer and safety sensors. Each hinge was greased as well. Very happy with their work.

They showed up a little earlier than appointment time as I had requested due to personal scheduling issues. The tech was very nice and obviously knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Over all a great experience! I have already referred Easy Open Door to a family member and she was super happy with her experience with them also. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for garage doors or openers. From the scheduler, salesman and installer we couldn’t be happier with the courteous, professional service. We had a competing bid with a discount that was still more than Easy Open Door’s regular price quote for a new garage door and belt drive. We ordered the top of the line LiftMaster garage door opener and new insulated steel garage door that is MUCH quieter than our original Genie that came with the house. Now my wife doesn’t even here the garage open below our bedroom when I leave early in the morning. More importantly, they guys are honest and have integrity. For example, they accidentally brought the same model opener but without built-​in wifi and after installing it realized the mistake. It’s an easy mistake to make because the model number is exactly the same except for a «W» at the end. Anyway, even though I had paid them for everything, they came back the very next day and replaced the opener with the one we had ordered. They were also given window frames that were slightly off color by the manufacturer (I could barely tell) and mentioned to me they would look into this and make sure we got the right matching color. Again, a week or so later, they called to let us know they would come by and replace the frames with the right color. They said since this was on the outside, we didn’t need to be home but it was just a courtesy call to let us know they’d be stopping by to replace the frames. As I said, I could barely tell the color difference but they were right, it now looks absolutely perfect. I’m very impressed with their attention to detail, professional advice and quality installation.

Not only were these folks as prompt as could be hoped for, the technician, Brian, did a great job with the repairs and has the door in «like new» working order. I highly recommend this company and will use them again, without hesitation, in the future.

Zowee — seventeen prior reviews and all 5-​stars! Well, let me be the 18^th. I scheduled Easy Open Door Company for a $ 39 garage door tune-​up deal. The technician, Miles, called me a few minutes before scheduled appointment and said he would be there in about 20 minutes. I appreciated the phone call as I had totally spaced on the appointment and was about 20 minutes from home! I raced back home and arrived just seconds before Miles pulled into the driveway. Whew! Miles wasted no time in checking the garage door operation, making adjustments and adding lubricants. He noted the door made a loud popping sound after opening (something another garage door company couldn’t fix). Miles determined the garage door was opening too high and causing a bracket to pop. Miles adjusted a guide to stop the door at the proper opening height which was a few inches lower. Wah lah — problem solved and no more loud popping sound! Miles cleaned the space before packing up. This was $ 39 well spent and one very happy Easy Open Door Company customer!

First Unilocal post. Easy Open was awesome. Called Friday while traveling out of town. They were on time Saturday morning, installed a new door opener, hardware, etc. Lubed my door, spring and tracks — and generally made it operate 100% better. Cost was what they quoted and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The Lady on the phone was very nice and helpful, Randy was right on time, got straight to work and was finished in no time for less than they quoted! These people are the ones you want working on your doors, take it from a man who retired for Locksmithing after 35 years!

This place is great! My garage door stopped working on a Friday night and after I called them Jessica emailed me the manual so I could try to fix it since they weren’t available to come out till Monday. I couldn’t fix it so I called them this morning and a technician was here within two hours. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them for all my garage door needs from now on! They are a truly professional operation and care about their customers.

These guys are great, I live out in Jamul and these guys were the only people willing to make the drive out.
Not only that, but these guys work QUICK!
I had 2 very large shed doors (and both doors were just a pile of parts laying on the ground)
They got here at 9.00am and had cleaned up and left by 12:30am!
Finished product was done expertly, and was very solid.
Look no further if you are in the San Diego area and in need of a garage door expert.

The bar that goes from the lift unit to the garage door became loose. They came out to fix it and installed supporting brackets.
It went better than expected, they were very quick. He didn’t charge me any money because it was under warranty from when they installed the garage door back in January.

Great company, great service, great work! I found them on Angie’s list a few years ago and they did great work at that time. Then last week I accidentally closed the garage door while the hatchback of my SUV was up. OOPS!!! Messed the whole thing up. So I called them again and was able to get someone out very quickly. Miles called when he was on his way as I had requested, arrived on time, was super friendly and professional and very helpful. The work he did was fantastic — the door is practically silent now and soooo smooth! And the price was definitely very reasonable as well. I will use them again and again and will send all my friends and neighbors their way too. GREAT company! :-)

I found this company on Angie’s List where it got great ratings. Random parts were falling off of our garage door so I gave them a call. Pete came out today and fixed the problem (changed out a roller, tightened up the garage tracks, and lubed everything). He was really friendly and charged very little for his excellent work. The garage runs smoother than it ever did since we’ve moved here. Kudos!!!
