History

Established in 1972.

Pastor Tom and Paulette, his wife of more than 30 years, founded Calvary Ranch in 1975 after starting three Rescue Missions in the most dangerous parts of San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego in 1972. Tom and Paulette quickly learned what worked and what didn’t in the three years spent with the destitute in these metropolitan areas. When they opened Calvary Ranch their combined experience helped them develop a program both efficient and miraculously effective. Although Pastor Tom went to be with the Lord August 2, 2012, Paulette continues to live on the ranch along with the staff to provide hands on leadership and support.
