Roof fell apart two years later — $ 6,000 repair bill that would have been shared with the seller if Affordable had been honest about the shape it was in and what kind of repair it needed.

We hired Rick to clean our patio with a concrete cleaner. He did a terrible job, leaving stains everywhere. He overcharged us at least three times what it should have cost. He did it by double talking, thus confusing us. We are an elderly couple and he sure took advantage of that fact.
