Oh my gosh!!! I wish I would have read these posts on Unilocal before I started working with these people. Marsha Holder has to be the absolute worse agent I have ever worked with! Unprofessional is a understatement, never returns calls or emails.
When I read the posts I thought, no one could be that bad. WRONG! Working with this agent and/​or realtor is a big mistake. Please listen and believe the posts listed. Also see their BBB rating! D rating is very bad!

No better way to say it, Marsha Holder is a LIAR. Hired her to sell property in Lake County. Said she was the best realtor around, been in business for over 30 years started firm in Palm Springs area. Bad mouthed some of the other realtors in Lake County. Lied to cover up her failures Never returned phone calls or emails. Always had excuses for why things were not done. Too many unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable occurences to list. Take my word for it: DO NOT HIRE HER

Marcia Holder is a scam artist and a crook. She lied to us repeatedly and hatched a scam to try and squeeze money out of our lender. After we moved, she moved someone into our home and told our bank they had a lease with us, which of coarse they didn’t. It was all a scam to try and get «cash for keys» to be split by her and this other individual. I have called and emailed her several times for an explanation but have never heard back. I have never been taken advantage of by anyone to this degree. She truly defrauded me, my family and our bank. It’s costing thousands of dollars to undo this disaster she has caused. I have turned her into the realty board and better business.
