Great well-​kept historic building overlooking Lake Morton with palladium windows, wood floors. (Some say 1920, others 1930.) It is used for meetings and receptions for about 200 – 300 guests and rents for about $ 800 plus fees. Has nice verandas, good for viewing the Promenade. Is adjacent to a kids park on one side and beautiful Hollis Garden on the other. The Garden Bistro restaurant is located below it. We have had issues with «echo» for speeches and sound system not working properly but it’s a great majestic space.

I recently was a photographer for a wedding at this location. It is so beautiful inside, gorgeous terrace overlooking lake mirror. It’s covered in beautiful colorful rose bushes and adjacent to Hollis Gardens. Highly Recommend!

It’s a beautiful building built in the 1920’s.
It has a fantastic veranda that overlooks Lake Mirror.
