I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, insured for your protection and I offer Swedish relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger-​point, pregnancy massage (with OB/​Midwife approval) as well as sports resistance stretching. So whether for relaxation or rehabilitation, the benefits of massage and stretching assists the release of tension and assists the flow of energy to create a balance in mind, body and spirit.

Established in 2012.

After having a home based business I moved into my downtown lakeland location in the spring of 2012. Early 2013, James Morrow, LMT relocated into my new birth center, Celebrate Birth where I hope to expand the practice with an additional MT by the end of 2014.

As a graduate from the Florida Career School of Massage and Body Work, I am excited about pursuing my profession as a licensed massage therapist.

My professional background for over 12 years has been in the healthcare field. In my experience, I have worked with men and woman of all ages and backgrounds. This experience has helped me be able to communicate and connect with people and better understand their needs and will help them achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications:

*502 hours of education at Florida Career School of Massage and Bodywork, a State of Florida accredited school.

*125 hours of instructor supervised clinical work, doing medical and Swedish massage, neuromuscular release technique, range of motion, stretching, hydrotherapy, scar tissue and adhesion release and postural analysis.

*150 hours of anatomy, physiology and pathology included in coursework, as well as 100 hours of massage theory and history.
