Chris DeBari is an experienced trial attorney who has practiced Personal Injury, Personal Injury Protection, and Criminal Litigation in the Tampa Bay for the past 15 years. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL. In 1998. Chris began his legal career in 1999 as a State Prosecutor for the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas and Pasco Counties. As a Misdemeanor prosecutor he was on special assignment in the areas of domestic violence and traffic enforcement, where he prosecuted DUI’s and all other traffic misdemeanors. As a Felony Prosecutor Chris was assigned to handle child abuse and neglect cases. He began in civil practice litigating personal injury claims and has spent the past twelve years honing his skills in the areas of Personal Injury, Personal Injury Protection and Criminal Defense litigation.
