The store has decent hours but I expect to be able to walk in and order during those hours. I stopped by on a humid weekday about 11:30 and they had JUST mopped the entire floor soaking wet. This should be done before or after store hours or in halfsies so there’s always dry floor to walk. (Personally, I don’t want to smell mop buckets and think of the scooper scrubbing floors and then reaching for my ice cream.) The choice was to feel badly leaving footprints, risk slipping and falling or leave. It would not have been inviting to also move chairs on the wet stuff and sit to enjoy eating the purchase. They lost my money.

I grew up just around the corner from this Baskin Robbins location. Stopped in here a few days ago with my sweetheart and got some ice cream and some of those cake bites. always have a pleasant experience when we come here .the lady who runs the place now is very nice .hope they stick around for many more years
