Joe McNamara – State Farm Insurance Agent

I am in my early 50’s. Therefore, I’ve worked with insurance brokers for about 30 years. Joe is the first broker I felt like I had a relationship with, someone who actually takes my calls, proactively offers valuable advice and knows details about me and my family. Most importantly; Joe is incredible when during those awful moments when you have to file a claim. I have had accidents and home break ins. His accessibility, poise and strategic approach make you feel that you are working with an extremely talented professional who happens to care about you and your family. He also happens to be a lot of fun… which doesn’t hurt. Lastly, based on his developing knowledge about me and my family and our investments, Joe has respectfully presented investment opportunities that made a lot of sense for our needs and he did so without making me feeling like he was just pushing for a commission. Bottom line; I could not imagine ever changing…

I’ve used Joe for years for my auto and homeowner’s insurance, as well as setting up my daughter for renter’s insurance. Joe and his staff have been very responsive and informative, helping me make informed and rationale decisions about coverage amounts, deductibles, etc. Joe is very knowledgeable about the State Farm products he represents. Also, Joe and his staff have been extremely fast and helpful on the few claims I’ve had to make for auto (minor accident) and home (hail damage from that crazy storm a few years ago). I recommend Joe and his staff without any reservations.

Joe McNamara and his staff are always very helpful and friendly. First of all when you call the office Joe and or his staff are always available. I’ve worked with Joe for nearly 10 years now and have my Umbrella policy, business policies, commercial policies, as well as life insurance, and home and auto with him. Joe is great about helping you navigate and sift through your options and what will be beneficial for you, in my case an umbrella policy etc. I just can’t speak highly enough about Joe and his staff. I’ve owned a mortgage company for 15 years and have come across hundreds of insurance agents and I feel like I finally found one that does what is in the best interest of me and my family and now even my customers. That is real! I recommend Joe to every one of my friends, family and mortgage customers. Many are happy with their current agents but the ones that give Joe a shot always thank me! Me and my family of 6 moved to the US from Europe in 2005. Somehow we ended up in Lake Zurich. We needed a health insurance policy quickly and stumbled upon Joe McNamara’s agency. Joe did a great job in helping us navigate through the options. Today we have 4 cars, 3 motorcycles, 3 life insurance policies, homeowners, personal liability all handled by Joe and his excellent team. I like the fact that I can call any time and the same people are there year in, year out to help. Joe calls me personally from time to time to check that all is well with the service. I think they are absolutely outstanding and I recommend them to everyone I know.
