AAA Custom Roofing

This company would not be receiving any stars from me if I had it my way. I was not able to post the review without at least one star. I am very frustrated. I used them to get a new roof last year in Lake Zurich after the hail storm. Throughout the winter this past season, I had leaks EVERYWHERE! I called the owner and she told me she could not do anything until spring when the weather warmed up. Ok, fine. I called her back to follow up and need her to come and see what is going on, repair damage, etc because I have my home on the market. Let’s see how that inspection goes once I get a contract??? I left her a voice mail a week ago and she did not return my call. Now I am trying to call her and how convenient that her mailbox is full. This is not acceptable considering I have a five year warranty. Furthermore, she should have been following up with me as soon as the weather warmed up. I should not be having to chase her down. This customer is definitely not satisfied.
