Poor customer service. Needed to extend a rental agreement by four days. Did not allow. Would never use this company. There are many other storage facilities in the area

Upon arriving to drop off our Penske truck, that we rented in SC (with ease and impeccable customer service), a red headed/​brunette came running outside yelling «That’s exactly what I didn’t want you to do!» She moved the truck that we parked in front of the other trucks, although it was very obvious there was nowhere to park without blocking small cars in their very small parking lot.
She proceeded to be rude and snarky to my fiancé and his mother, as she ran to move the truck. When she got out of the truck she said we left the truck disgusting and there was no way she or Penske would clean it.
We ended up cleaning the truck, which she was kind enough to provide cleaner, paper towels and a trash bag.
There was no need for her poor attitude or continued bitchiness. She had no reason for being rude upon us pulling the moving truck in a parking lot filled with moving trucks. We won’t use Penske or that specific location in the future, which is a bit sad because their South Carolina location was filled with lovely people.
