This place is absolutely horrible. I received a gift card and would not have gone here had I not. I got a pedicure and manicure from the OWNER! If only I could have saved the picture to post it, you all would laugh. Looks like my 3 year old did my nails. It was all out of line and crooked, not to mention the chair doesn’t even have a massage. The look of this so called spa is so outdated, the paint on the wall is dirty and chipped. After paying, she asked about the tip. That’s how you know you must’ve done a bad job. She used these old tools on my nails and it looked dirty. So glad I had a gift card and didn’t spend my money cause if I did, I would’ve complained off the wall. Oh, and when I wrote my complaint online, guess who called me to confront me about it. That’s when I told her yes I think you need to not be in business. Fake a%* wannabe salon.

I called twice for the address, the service was terrible I took my sister there. I would never go again! I know they were speaking about us in their language. Very disappointment in the overall service of the establishment.

Sangita is the best in this area because for a while she had NO competition! Although she is quick, I often have to tell her to go back and clean up my brows a bit more. She did my brows for my wedding and I almost cried. I went to a nail salon and the tech there was surprised that I actually had my brows done already, for free that nail tech threaded my brows and I looked beautiful for my wedding. Because Sangita works alone, I often feel that she rushes to finish my brows because other clients are waiting, which is exactly what occurred for my wedding. Thank God for CT Nails on Northlake, they thread there too!

One of the best massages I have ever received and well worth the price. I recommend them to everyone. I’ll definitely be returning.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I bought a groupon and called to make an appointment for a french mani/pedi. When I arrived, this place was empty, small, and felt uncomfortable. The pedicure chairs are stuffed in one small room and the manicure area looks like it was lined up in a hallway. When I arrived, Sangita was there(she also took my appointment) she walked me to the pedicure chair and told me to pick a color. I said I made an appointment for a french mani and pedi so I want to see the choices she had for that. She said«pick a color» once again pointing to her colorful nail polishes on the wall. Again I said French. Sangita said I couldn’t have a French main/pedi and I asked why? She said because she didnt know how the girl who did wasn’t around. THENWHYDIDYOUTAKEMYRESERVATIONFOR A FRENCHMANI/PEDI?! For $ 37 this place is NOT worth it. Also, I tried again a couple days later to make a appointment since I had the groupon. Sangita picked up and demanded a credit card number to hold my appointment because she said I was wasting her time the last time I was there. I didn’t give it to her and I do not recommend this place at all. I reported her to groupon. Tip: do not give this woman your phone number because she will not stop calling and she leaves ridiculous voicemails. She said I was playing games. I WASJUSTTRYINGTOGET A FRENCHMANIANDPEDI. There are other places around boynton. Q nails is a great spot. If you can’t find a deal on groupon around here try or for a printable/mobile coupon for other nail salons around here

I bought a Groupon here a few years ago and Sangita keeps giving you the same price to come back, so you come back because it is a good price. They like selling the hot stone massage because the massage therapists they have working there are not licensed. The bedding had not been changed since the last person who had a massage, she did not wash her hands prior to giving me a massage, she squirted oil directly onto my back, and while she had good pressure, her technique was non-existant and she massaged my bones(cervical vertebrae and spine) rather than 1000 my muscles. The ladies that work here are very nice and very sweet, but I found it unsanitary and unprofessional. I will not be going back.

I just had my eye brow’s threaded by the owner Sangita herself. She is very friendly and a kind woman but, she either has no desire to do this any longer or she has no idea the art behind eyebrow threading or both. My eye brows look completely different from one another and she left hair on top and the middle of my brow. All around dissatisfied and she charges $ 15 rip off.

I found this place on Unilocal and it had good reviews so I called to request 2 manicures, 2 pedicures, a leg wax and a possible massages. When we came in, only one person was working. I assumed 2 pedicures would indicate 2 people — perhaps I should have specified. First she waxed my legs. She essentially left me with stripes of hair. I did not know the«zebra» look was an option. I made her aware but she seemed unable to adequately fix the problem. Then the pedicure: no hot water, there was no attention paid to cuticles, she had me cut my own nails and my toes were covered in paint. I opted to skip the manicures at that point. The kicker, I paid $ 100 for services p 1000 oorly rendered, and went up the block to Happy Nails have a *real* pedicure, manicure and wax.

Eyebrow threading is the BEST way to have your eyebrows done… forget the waxing. Threading last longer. At least with me it does. For the service provided it is well worth $ 15. Sangita runs a very professional business and is ALWAYS accommodating. I take my family and friends to get threading and they all love it and continue to go on their own. My sister comes all the way to Sangita’s from Vero Beach!

I have had my eyebrows threaded here for two years. Sangita is the best. My eyebrows always look great after she is done. She is quick and precise. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to be threaded. Also, this is so much gentler than waxing, especially if your skin is sensitive as mine is.

the threading was good but expensive, but, i had one of the most horrible bikini waxing expereinces in my life there! I would go back for threading though.

I never go here, but one day I got invited last minute to a restaurant and this place was the only place near my work. First of all, they charge $ 15, which is too much. Most other places charge 7 to 10 dollars. My experience here was not that good. The lady started threading my eyebrow and seemed very nervous. Then she kept saying that she isnt sure she could do it and she wanted to wait for the owner, who was in the parking lot. So she left me waiting in the chair, and got the owner from the parking lot. Why was the lady doing my eyebrows if she wasn’t even confident in her abilities?! The lady was friendly and apologetic(i believe her name was kausar) but goshh. i didn’t pay $ 15 to be left in a chair with a half threaded eyebrow.

Sangita is the best! I found her just doing a search for eyebrow threading in south Florida and took a chance. I drove down from Jupiter with my mom and my sister and we all ended up getting threaded for the first time with her. We looked fabulous! She is super quick and friendly. I recently drove down again to get touched up before I left the country. I highly recommend Sangita!

Sangita is very nice and she is very quick with threading. It reminds me of when I used to go to the threading salons in NYC. I’ll definitely be going back to Sangita’s since it’s not far from where I live.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and just recently happened upon this wonderful day spa. It is conveniently located just north of Boynton Beach. The owner is very sweet and a lifetime threading artist. The shop is ultra clean and offers many more services such as; waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, massages and even micro-dermabrasion. The prices are very reasonable and the results are above average. If you want an alternative to waxing give threading a try. What a tranquil spot located in Lake Worth!

I went here because of a Groupon special for a mani-pedi. The folks I talked to were very nice, though the male owner tried to subtly push eyebrow threading on me while I waited. The facilities are clean and pretty, with calm background music– some sort of «new agey» stuff that emulates water dropping and little bells and the wind with synthesizers and stringed instruments. My manicurist did an excellent job and was a polite conversationalist; I’m not much of a talker during manicures/pedicures/haircuts, so this was really pleasant. The included hand and foot/leg massage was REALLY good, and would’ve been worth the price without the Groupon. I may consider going back there for a full body massage sometime.
