Dont bother — unproffesional, work from a cell phone, dont return calls and DONT SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS!!!

I bought a $ 99 2-​hour labor deal from them. They failed to call ahead of time to ask what work needed to be done, then arrived 3 ½ hours late. The electrician was unable to wire up a new thermostat for my air conditioning. As it turned out, the problem was that a wire which is normally yellow was blue. As the electrician who eventually installed the thermostat said, «a guy right out of trade school should have been able to figure this out — just attach it to the same place on the new thermostat that you detached it from the old thermostat.» They refused to give us the partial refund we demanded, and said it was our fault for hiring an electrician to do A/​C work. Of course, they failed to call ahead as promised to ask the type of work, and the electrician who came said it would be an easy job and never mentioned he didn’t do thermostats. The company has also implied that they could not legally work on a/​c systems. Well, then I guess their electrician broke the law — he spent 35 minutes taking the old thermostat off and failing to put the new one on.
